Use to live in northern Europe for a while. That's what Vodka was made for. I wear flip flops in 20 degree weather. My body has a knack for the cold. I can't stand 65 or higher, I get too hot. People look at me like I'm crazy. But I have news for them, I am.

Vodka, droooooools. My buddies use to call me the Russian even though I'm french because I use to drink so much vodka.

How do you load up pictures in your posts?

You just hit the picture looking button (two right of the smiley fast) and copy and past the picture's url address. Usually if you right click a picture you can click 'copy image url'.

Yea Poland is also crazy with Vodka. They have over 350+ brands of Vodka that are made just in Poland. Its the best way to brave the cold, get numb.

You want to upload your own photos huh Sizzle. I use an image hosting site, Photobucket. Then I copy the url address from there.

Yea I want to load them up from a folder in my computer, this is tough ha.

Can't post .jpg on here? What does it have to be so I can post the pic?

A link is the best I can do ha, the fence on the left is 7 ft from the ground and the right is 6 ft from the ground to give you an idea of how much snow there is. That little mound about 15 feet in front of the shed is a picnic table that's just completely burried.

That's excellent. My neighbor's wife also shoveled their driveway. As he says, she's been to "wife school"

We got out of school yesterday for literally rain, I guess, because it definitely didn't snow. But today in ridiculously dense fog, we go on time :).

Definitely bored.....spent all day with the AC on (to thaw out the heat pump) and dumping boiling water on the big chunks.

Now, I'm doing nothing.

Buddy that's an HVAC guy said it was because of the "perfect storm" of rain, sleet, freezing rain and snow melting off the roof. Been here 3 years and this has never happened, even last year when MD was hit with two 24"+ snow falls......weird

I see you finally figured out how to upload the photos. Now you just have to use the photo button to include the actual picture in the the post.

But damn, that's a lot of snow. I'm jealous. How much snow is that, like 4 feet?

We actually cranked our thermostat to 70 to keep our outside unit on during the storm--last winter we shoveled it every 2 hours it is a pain--never got around to putting a canopy over the heat pump.

Yeah, we tend to leave the thermostat at about 62 (we have great circulation and the two top levels of the house actually stay at about 66 with that setting), but next time I will do the same.

I run a pellet stove and we like it cool in the bedrooms--I was running around in shorts yesterday--strange. We usually keep the thermostat at 66, Not going to want to see my BG&E bill next month
