From what I've read and learned, Tim Hortons has a reputation for decent coffee and chili, plus sandwiches and especially donuts. There are locations in ten states and all of Canada, where the brand started.

Old MRE's used to have dehydrated beef patties. They are not powder, but a brown sponge (with absolutely no flavor). Arctic MRE's (RCW's) are all dehydrated as well. I think a powder would constitute something else.

It is really not hard, I just don't like it for some reason. But I will eat bacon or scrapple once or twice a year and LOVE it. My husband and sons could eat some kind of burger 7 nites a week, but it just as easy to throw on a chicken breast or boca burger.

Like salad, but it gets old. When I'm on my health kicks I eat chicken breast (in some form) almost exclusively. I wish I could fit fish into my diet more often (as I'm sure most Americans wish they could).
