I'm just wondering which Ravens' touchdown from last season (offensive or defensive) you guys think was the best?

Get PUMPED! Just 33 days until Training Camp / 76 days until the Season Opener!!!

Todd Heaps game winning TD against SD. Simply the best as he broke tackles, had good YAC and most importantly scored to give us the win.

I was going to say the same thing--gives me chills thinking about it as it happened right in front of me!

I'll go a step further: Todd Heap's catch - outstretching to punch out the last two yards & dragging Merriman through the air with him -- was the greatest TD play in Ravens history. Surpassing both Shannon Sharpe TDs in the 2000 playoffs, Jermaine Lewis' KO return TD in the Super Bowl, and Reed's and McAlister's prime-time 100+ yard runbacks..

btw: I have a photo of Todd Heap's TD. Too bad I have never figured out how to display photos from my hard drive! I'll e-mail a copy to anyone who requests it.

The Mcnair touchdown in New Orleans followed by the INT. TD by Ronnie Prude in the same game.

Both gave me the opportunity to enjoy myself at that game a little more then I probably should have been in their house.:lol:

I loved that win, going into that game they showed a Saint fan with a sign saying "losing is for the birds" and showed an X through the Falcons and Eagles logo then had Baltimore's as the next one.

I was like, okay you guys get love from the media but don't get it twiested you're playing a real team that likes to hit hard.

I was sitting in the end zone in New Orleans. When the offense lined up four wide I went into shock. I kept saying over and over "Look at that, they're 4 wide. McNair will probably run it up the middle." That's exactly what happened and everyone thought I was psychic or something. It was a great TD!

Was it my favorite? Hard to figure out. I do so enjoy a good TD. :D

Demetrius Williams during the preseason vs the Redskins (80yd TD rec. i believe) and the 80yd TD rec. against the Browns in the regular season. The Clayton touchdown (tipped) against the Panthers was crazy as well.

I think the Heap TD in the final minutes left in the game when he plunged over the goal line against the Chargers to make us go 4-0 was frggin amazing I was so lucky I got to be there that game!

hands down... i think that it was Steve McNair's Longest TD pass of his entire career, a deep bomb to Mr. Mark Clayton for 78 yards and a TD, Clayton was Wide open i might add, no one within 10 yards of him, you can watch that TD pass and catch on the Ravens Video of their 2006 season :)..... I ABSOLUTELY Loved it!!!!

Wasn't that off a playaction where the CB stepped up and just completely ignored Clayton? I remember originally Mcnair wasn't looking that way but recognzied the blown coverage quickly.

1) Mark Clayton's long TD reception UNCOVERED against the Titans to draw first blood

2) Derrick Mason's eventual game-winning TD from Steve McNair against the Titans in the same game, reliving the McNair-to-Mason connection of old

3) Todd Heap's game-winning TD against the Chargers with barely a minute left to play

4) Both INT returns for TD's by rookies Dawan Landry and Ronnie Prude against the Saints

5) Both of Mark Clayton's deflected passes caught for TD's against the Panthers

The Ravens just posted THEIR top 5 (or "Fave Five" as they call it) TDs of '07...

*Todd Heap dives into the end zone from the 3-yard line for the game-winning TD vs. San Diego (Week 4)

*Steve McNair's untouched QB-draw at New Orleans (Week 8)

*Chris McAlister's 60-yard interception return at Tampa Bay (Week 1)

*Mark Clayton's 87-yard reception from McNair at Kansas City (Week 14)

*McNair hooks up with Derrick Mason in the back of the end zone for what proved to be the game-winning TD at Tennessee (Week 10)

There's a link on the home page to vote for your favorite of the 5.

As much as I love Chris McAlister and the defense, I had to go with Heap when I voted. The second and the third efforts to get into the end zone just showed what a beast he really is. HEEEEEEEEEAAAAPPPP!!!!!

1) When the ball was deflected and everyone thought the play was over (even the camera man) but then out of no where Samari Rolle intercepts the ball and runs the ball down the field pretty far and breaks tackles, and then he is getting tackled (and again I thought the play was going to end) but Ed Reed pops in and takes the ball and runs it in for a TD.

2) Todd Heap winning touchdown against SD.

3) Kyle Boller came into the game, throws a pass, it gets deflected but still caught by Derick Mason (I believe) and runs it in for the touchdown.

4) Back to back interception by both rookies on defense in NO.

5) Any of the comeback touchdowns by McNair :D

My vote is going for the Mason/McNair touchdown against Tennessee.

To me, that was one tiny quotient of sweet revenge!

Let's not forget McNair to Clayton for the opening score in Pittsburgh on Christmas Eve. That ball was perfectly thrown by Steve, and between them they completely owned Polamalu.

Another one for me would be Jamal's TD to seal the deal in Kansas City. I think that drive ate up around 9 minutes. It completely demoralized the opposition and epitomized what the Ravens are about - smashmouth, stuff it down your throat football. McNair hit DWill for a near 30 yd gain to keep the drive going and Jamal hammered it in at the goal line. Not pretty, but dominating and effective!

I agree with those who mentioned Heap's TD against the Chargers.

Not only was that my favorite TD of the year, it was also one of the most exciting drives. McNair earned his entire salary in the final minutes of that game.
