i think that was vinnie

agreed. if vinny had the defense to back him that trent did...

we'd be boasting 2 SBs by the new millenium

Vinne as a raven not good Vinnie and the jets good. We had 1 good passing yr w/ Vinnie thats all then again we had 1 good yr with trent too. You can throw a bunch of woulda shoulda coulda's here on both sides, but trent has the ring and we wouldn't have got it w/o him. Vinnie is a jet, Trent will be always a Raven.

Oh, please, you guys know i meant the best Ravens QB. Johny U beats every QB in this league! Also Testeverde had like one year for us, but he did have a pro bowl.

But I'm still going for Dilfer for best (RAVENS!!! ) quarterback

thanks for the our most memorable season Trent, you were the BEST quarterback in the NFL during that specific season, seeing how Trent Led and not only reached the Superbowl, but Won it, not very many Quarterbacks in this league get the chance to not only be in it, but WIN it. Trent is amoung those Select Few, and what a memorable moment in time that was, especially when he broke his hand and never once did ne complain, he kept at it, and kept pounding away, sacrificing Pain for Glory. His mindset was Team First, Body second at least during SuperBowl 35 it was and as a result, things paid off for him, and by the end of the Game, he was battered and torn, with a few broken bones here (his hand) but all the pain was immediately erased and forgotten for at least a little while longer, raising that Gleaming, Silver Trophy and looking around smiling from ear to ear....has got to be the greatest moment in his entire NFL career.

Forget his Stats, for get everything and all the doubts surrounding him, his greatest moment was during SuperBowl 35 and raising that Trophy with his Broken Hand he suffered, that right there speaks for itself

and is what the Ravens Are all About

"Rise" and Conquer"!!!

and that he did. that he did indeed.

sure his career overall wasn't outstanding, but I will always remember him for that moment. I've always wondered if we could have been champs again if he had stayed with us... thanks for the memories Trent!

I think that Trent should retire as a Raven. How about the team sign him to a 24 hour contract and have a Dilfer day

including a thank you during halftime. That would right the wrong of cutting him after the superbowl victory. Send

an email to the Ravens. Tell them you want a Dilfer Day!

Dan Marino didn't have a ring..

no smith is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better

Oh yeah like A heisman trophy is better than a lombardi trophy. Troy IS better not even close, Troy COULD be Better no doubt and Im behind him all the way. Troy needs to win a few more NFL games to be called better.
