Packers Are Super Bowl XLV Champions!

Hey everyone, I was stumbling through random NFL team boards and I came across this one and I just want to thank you guys for the kind words about the Pack and it was nice to see so many of you rooting for us (which is obviously understandable). The Steelers were a good opponent and I take nothing away from them, but they are still one of my least favorites and I was rooting hard for you guys to come out of the AFC pool. You have a great team and as long as you keep a solid defense you'll always be in the mix, and I believe Flacco will be an elite QB in the not so distant future. I hope we can get back again next year and I'd love to see you guys in Indy against us if we do. Best of luck from this Packer fan!

I dunno... I always felt that the NFC were all buddy-buddy with each other when they're not butting heads. The AFC, on the other hand...

Yes. I was watching with a Bears fan and they were very upset with the Packers win.

Without a doubt.....Packers and Bears fans hate the other as much or maybe more than the the Steelers and Ravens. And that's been ongoing for 90+ years. I would have been shocked to hear about any Bears fan anywhere who was rooting for the Packers

I think the fans do have more hatred between them. But you don't see those two teams play each other the way the Ravens and Steelers do.

I was speaking from a fans perspective....The players are friends off the field. Cutler and Rodgers hang out and talk all the time. I would definitely say that the on field rivalry lacks the intensity that the Steelers-Ravens does, but the fan rivalry is more intense IMO
