Changing Email

Checked all 8 pages to see if I could find anything on this but didn't. The Email address that I used for my account here on the forum I don't really use and will end up deleting it. Now I know I change it easy but it said I would have to re-activate my account after changing it, does that mean I have to change my user name, etc. Thanks!
