Anyway, that's why only the mods would have that power. That way, it will be an objective rating system.

I think it's a good Idea.

I was actually Going to suggest something similar the other day, but I know the mods aren't exactly my biggest fans, so it would have been doomed from day 1.

i post diligantly and knowledgibly, in all parts of this forum. i dont just post in the Off-Topic Thread like Some around here

i mostly post in the off-topic thread during the offseason because people in the NFL/Ravens topics are just saying the same thing over and over

I don't like rating systems because it's too easy for someone to be unfairly rated. I'd rather not have class warfare on our forums. We'd like all posters to be treated equally, even when they don't deserve it.

How about we let each posters' posts speak for themselves? Anyone who spends much time here knows who the quality posters are. We'll have some contests again this year where those people are rewarded for their efforts.

i would have to agree with BirdFan on this one, no Voting here, because the issue of Biased Oppinions are sure to arise, so let the Poster's Post's Speak for themselves and signify whether or not they should be Hall of Fame or not.

btw........... never got any feedback on either of my ideas i came up with, about about them? when and IF, they are elected?

to have someone to have finally accomplished the ultimate goal on this message board and to do it in a way in which he posted (for the most part) with intelligent posts in which he expressed Football first should be the only thing to be taken into any type of consideration. this goes for all the Message Boards Hall of Famers after me, to have finally accomplished something great, and do it in a way in which really brought the best out of this board, and yet still continue to do. Yea i'll admit, there were more than a few topics that strayed afar, but everyone needs a little break at some point or another. The Fact here is that i and all else, had eventually came back on topic and continued on with the intelligant postings. and to try and take that accomplishment away from anyone, after everything they have contributed to this board, by trying to say that there should be voting and what not, i say no, let their posts do the talking, and let their posts welcome them into the Baltimore Raven Message Board Hall of Fame.
