Watch the streaming press conference LIVE on BaltimoreRavens.com at 2pm ET! (LINK)

Owner Steve Bisciotti, GM Ozzie Newsome, head coach John Harbaugh, and team president Dick Cass are expected to comment on the state of the Ravens, reflect on the 2010 season, and explain their plans heading into the offseason in constructing the 2011 squad. If you'll remember, highlights of last year's presser included Bisciotti promising that the Ravens would upgrade their WR corps, leading to the acquisitions of Anquan Boldin and T.J. Houshmandzadeh shortly thereafter.

Feel free to leave thoughts and comments here as the presser is in progress and following its conclusion.

RECAP:
- Cam Cameron will remain the Ravens' offensive coordinator; Bisciotti & co. say it's on Harbaugh
- Ozzie & co. will be assessing talent within the next two weeks
- If there is an impending work stoppage, the draft will likely be held before the free agency period
- Re-signing Haloti Ngata is the front office's #1 priority
- Ozzie takes the blame for the offense's lack of chemistry due to adding pieces as he went along
- Bisciotti views the season as a success despite the finish ("Being in the Final Eight and a shot at a title is one of the goals every year")
- Ozzie & co. will focus on adding pass rushers and defenders to complement Terrell Suggs
- Newly-promoted OL coach Andy Moeller understands it's his last chance, following repeated DUI incidents
- Refunds with interest will be offered for cancelled games, if any
- Ticket prices will NOT be raised

This is the big day. This is where we'll likely get confirmation of Cam Cameron's future (which is always subject to change), candid views on the team's performance by Steve Bisciotti, and a predictor of the direction the team will be heading shortly. There's also a likelihood that the brass will address the news of several Ravens assistants being interviewed for jobs, and the status of the long list of unrestricted free agent Ravens about to hit the market.

It appears that team president Dick Cass is joining the conversation for the first time in a couple of years. Should be interesting; usually, it's a three-man presser.

RE: Upgrading the WR position again
Ozzie Newsome - "We will have a full-blown personnel meeting within the next two weeks. I think that'll set the tone for what the offseason will offer us. If there's an opportunity to get a receiver that fits the mold that you described, if he's there and available for us, I'm sure we'll be happy to have him in Baltimore."

RE: Cam Cameron and the offense, "Have you seen the improvements that you'd like to see?"
Steve Bisciotti: "Y'know, this is a game of statistics, and we've looked at 'em all. ... Clearly, [Flacco] improved and I'm still happy to have Joe Flacco as our quarterback. ... I think he's where we want him to be. Does he have holes in his game? Yeah, we all do. ... I know there's been a lot of heat on Cam, and I've talked to John four hours over the last two or three days ... John's feeling is that we like Cam under fire as our offensive coordinator next year. Sometimes, it's easier to replace him, and the fans, their frustration can't lead us to offer somebody up for sacrifice for the things that went wrong. Because I can think of a litany of examples of our defense letting us down, too, that caused these things. [Mentions Atlanta game] If you wanna go through things, every position group had a failure and every coach had a failure, and it all added up to 13 wins and 5 losses. ... When the frustration level is higher, the better we get."

Ozzie Newsome: "I'm [Harbaugh's] sounding board and the person he trusts to say tough things to him. ... I'm on-board with John's decision and I trust him. ... Based on past experiences, the track that he's taking will lead us to more success."

They are putting Cam totally on Harbs shoulders.

Bisciotti: "I'm proud of the success, I'm frustrated with the loss. ... Our goal is to realistically be in the top 12 to get in the playoffs [for a shot at the Super Bowl]. ... Am I happy that we achieved a chance, a crack? ... That is the cream of the NFL that gets to the Final Eight, and only one of them wins three in a row to win a Super Bowl. ... I wanna be in that Eight every year. Is it realistic? No. But I wanna keep on trying because that's one of our goals, to give us a chance every year."

This is the accountability I love seeing. Bisciotti was blunt with it. He went with Harbaugh's call, so it's on Harbaugh if Cam fails again.

A bad sign, we know Harbs likes Cam as a person as well as a coach.

This is the silver lining. That's why I can't stand when people here call us a mediocre team. Final 8 last three seasons in a row. We are perennial contenders.

Its the owner taking the fan perspective which is the right thing to do. If it were Snyder, Cam would've been kicked to the curb along with the HC.

RE: Harbaugh's comments to rude fan on the radio

Steve Bisciotti: "I know John. Really, it didn't phase me. We can take all the criticism in the world, but if your solution is to whack our partners, that's what John got frustrated it. That was the crux of it. That's not a solution, per se. You don't take out your frustrations. Good organizations don't respond that way. Our goal, more than anything, is to be a quality organization. It takes time. You have to be patient and you have to work with them. There's time to address those things. I've seen John lose his temper before, maybe it's the first time he lost it on the radio, he's lost it on me a few times ... I'm very comfortable with John. If that's his biggest regret or his biggest mistake in three years, then we've got a great future together."

How is it a bad sign? And how exactly do we know he likes him as a person?

Ravens will not be raising ticket prices! Good move, thank you Bischotti!
Yep. Because they could if they really wanted to. Sometimes I wish we were like other teams and could always pick up tickets on the cheap.
