Finally saw Police Academy and Paranormal Activity... I thought both were pretty good.

I'm looking forward to seeing Paranormal Activity 2.

Saw Restrepo. It's a really good movie. It's a documentary about a platoon deployed in the Korengal Valley in Afghanistan. It follows their time there and how they cope with all the violence around them. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone, even if you don't like documentaries. You need to watch it.

I enjoyed the first Paranormal Activity myself, but that's not to say 2 is bad. If you liked the first, you'll definitely like the second. But be warned, it starts off much, much slower than the first.

That is so random. Paranormal Activity and POLICE ACADEMY?!? That movie came out in the 80's. How the hell did you let that one slip by.

Now you have to step up your game and watch all of the Police Academies. Get your Steve Guttenberg fill. Speaking of Steve Guttenberg. That movie "High Spirits" he was in was pretty good. Loved it as a kid.

Maybe he wanted to see two movies that could be abbreviated as "PA"?

Has anyone seen 127 hours yet? One of the best movies this year IMO.

I haven't, not yet at least. I most likely will though, you can't go wrong with Franco.

In all honesty, I didn't want to see the movie because of Franco. I never really thought he was that good of an actor, but my opinion has changed after watching this movie.

Franco's really grown on me. Dude's got some range, can go from a stoner-commando in "Pineapple Express" to Harvey Milk's boyfriend in "Milk". Of course, there's the vengeful Harry Osborn in Spiderman, also.

Who's going to see Justin Beiber's movie? I know Jon, Nurps, and Wardy already have their tickets reserved.

Yeah, I blame Netflix lol... and in my defense, Police Academy was released before I was born. I'll get to the other Police Academy movies eventually... didn't realize there were so many.

Well like any multi-movie sequels. The flicks start to get ridiculous.

Police Academy 19 - Debbie gets taken down in Dallas. Starring the kid from the terminator all grown up.

Wasn't Hightower an NFL player once upon a million years ago?

Hell yea he was. 'Bubba' Smith. Was drafted #1 overall in 1967 by our very own Baltimore Colts! He even won a Superbowl ring in B-More.

Don't forget about his Oscar-worthy performance in 127 Hours.

Warden (of course) volunteered to camp out for tix. He combed his hair forward and everything. He's adorable. Jon and I just play along.

I've yet to actually see it, sadly. So I haven't forgot it, I just can't comment on it :( Although I've heard great things.

Same here, but from everything I've read, it sounds like he did a superb job.

Garbage

Confucious says: Can a movie about robots and braless women running around explosions in slow motion really be considered bad?

Yes, Transformers 2. I have less hope for this one.

Not to mention we won't get Megan Fox in the 3rd installment, which = epic let down.

Megan Fox cannot act to save her life. All she has are her looks, which are overrated too. She should be a model or something where she would just shut up, stand there, walk a little while everybody looks at her.

Acting or not, I loved watching Miss Fox in the first two <.<; So yes, I'm slightly disappointed she wont be back. Her replacement though... wow.

Who is replacing Fox? I didn't recognize her on the trailer.
