UPDATED: MESSAGE BOARDS CLOSING AFTER DRAFT   03/08/2017

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will sunset our message boards after this year's NFL Draft. Since we opened our boards a decade ago, the digital landscape has greatly evolved. While we understand there remains a smaller group of highly-engaged fans who participate in conversation in our forums, a significant amount of the dialogue about our team and our games has migrated away to other social media platforms over the past several years. Our message boards will remain up and running through Friday, May 5th, and will be removed on May 6th. We recognize that this change may upset avid members of our community. However, we look to utilize our time and resources to focus on how we can best connect with our fans across an array of digital/social outlets. If you are not already engaging us and other members of the Ravens Flock on our Facebook page, Instagram account, through Twitter or Snapchat, we invite you to follow us on those channels and continue to participate in our social communities. In addition, the commenting feature on our website articles will remain intact. Members will be able to continue using their boards account to log in and share their thoughts at the bottom of every news story. We’d like to thank all the Flock members and our moderators who have brought thoughtful conversation to this space and made our community great for the last 10 years. Ravens Social Media Hub »

If you guys want to talk about a good sci-fi movie. How about the Classic 'Legend'?

Wow, Tom Cruise and Mia Sara. That's a throwback.

Edit: Here's the Link.

Yeah, I read about that... I hope it's true! Hahaha

You ever see it? Watched it when I was a kid and it left an impression on my mind.

Don't forget the awesome performance of Tim Curry

It's hard to imagine that was him. Rocky Horror, Clue. Legend?

Fiction, yes...... Science Fiction, no.

I think that movie sucks. I own it. The Devil looked cool as hell though, no pun intended

If it was Unicorn with a freaking laser on its head, I'd say its Science Fiction, lol.

Fine, I concede. It's of the 'fantasy' genre.

Or be cool. Even when he's cool, he's kinda dorky. He can't not be dorky. I can't help but laugh 'cause he's shorter than me.

This is true. I just got finished watching Days of Thunder the other night, and Tom Cruise is the dorkiest racecar driver ever.

Then tonight I was watching a bit of Paul Newman's 'The color of money'. Not cool again. You're right, he can't do it.

But Tom Cruise in 'Tropic Thunder'. That was cool. I'll give him that.

Even Top Gun and the Mission: Impossible series, there was always something that made him somewhat dorky, whether it was his line delivery or his goofy laugh and smile. I really wanted him to be cool in Jerry Maguire, but the way he was groveling at Renee Zellweger's feet to take him back made him just look dorky again. That, and just about everything else he did in the movie. That was dorky, too.

I couldn't get into the first film even though the acting was decent; the stock market and its seedy underbelly does nothing for me in terms of entertainment. I feel as if its sequel is a film where, if you hated the first one, you wouldn't like it. Liking the first film doesn't necessarily mean you'd like the sequel, it just means that you'd be more open to giving it a shot.

Minority Report could have been great if it ended when

Tom Cruise gets put in the jail-coma thing. Or Max von Sydow could have killed Cruise instead of himself.

War or the Worlds was just ok. I could have done without the whole part with Tim Robbins, just seemed unnecessary. Also, the ending was lame.

Spielberg ruins his movies by insisting on happy endings.

Nothing he does will ever be as good as Schindler's List. That's the only movie I'm not ashamed to tell people that I've cried watching.

Anyone see Cruise in Knight and Day? If so, what did you think?

I thought it was pretty good, and typical Cruise.

Knight and Day is watchable but forgettable, I saw it last month and forgot the ending, a couple of similar movies do it better.

Does anyone else get Max Von Sydow and Peter O'Toole mixed up?

I've had this sitting at home for a week now. It's like a shot. I just want to take it and get it over with.
