I've seen the first 3 Xmen movies and I kind of liked them.

I'm thinking about seeing Deadpool. Would you guys recommend seeing the rest of the Xmen movies before Deadpool?

it's pretty independent to the rest of them - you can see it without any context at all

likewise Logan probably requires little context - i mean the other films add value to it but they aren't required viewing

xmen first class is quite good fun, as is days of future past, apocalypse is terrible, wolverine origins is a bad film (although i kind of like it - also has a horrendous version of deadpool in it), the wolverine is a bit better than the other wolverine origins film but it still suffers from the mind-numbing ridiculous ending that a lot of these superhero films fall into but i guess if you could swallow last stand (the 3rd one you saw) then you'll be fine with all of them

personally i recommend deadpool, logan, first class and days of future past

Thanks, I'll probably watch them all anyway, just to see what I missed.

In which case it's probably worth watching them in their order of release just so you get all the subtle Easter egg type stuff

Who's to say I didn't?

If you did you probably would have posted something about it

A part of me suspects that you did not see it when I first posted that and you now have though

Reign Over Me, will be the exception I will absolutely guarantee it !!

Incredibly well written, fantastic acting and a really great soundtrack to boot !!!

*insert car salesman voice* " What can I do to get you to rent this movie ? "
Seriously though. What is it going to take to get you to see this movie before the boards shut down and post your thoughts here ?

Wow. The Power Rangers remake didn't suck.

I was afraid to admit that publicly.

Red Ranger a G.

Red Ranger a G.

He reminded me so much of Chris Pine in the first Star Trek. I really liked him and the cast. Likewise, the character development was actually really good.

Downside: The movie suffers the Godzilla syndrome and lacks a lot of Bryan Cranston and Power Rangers action. Also the costume designs are horrible and the movie has maybe the worst product placement of all time.

But I'm actually excited for a sequel.

I'd give it a 6.5/10. Needed some fine tuning but overall I really liked it.

The cast surprisingly had pretty good chemistry and the movie was better than I had expected.  Got a little cheesy to me when they actually got the suits, but it is what it is.

Yeah, but it's power rangers so at least it was cheesy and not super duper serious.

I'm actually excited for a sequel. And they will make one. Even if the movie itself doesn't do well, the little kids will eat the toys up.

Power rangers?  Past my time.

I saw 2 movies today..

Life... Kind of a modern version of the original Alien movie. Good.

Logan...  I thought it was pretty well done. Nice action sequences. Made good use of R rating but not over the top. It lacked a good villain though.

Beauty and The Beast was surprisingly good.

I thought that was such an awesome movie, but I also think Emma Watson is bae and she nailed Belle.

Was wondering about that... looks like an alien replica to me.

Nahh. Not a prequel just essentially the same story as Alien 1.
