My daughter wanted to watch Rocky.

I have not seen that movie since I was a teenager in the 80's.

Wow, the quality of that movie is terrible.  I know it was filmed in the 70's I guess that is my point. 

The story line is slow, the dialogue is weak, the production is horrible.  This movie would not make it in today's standards.

Rocky is my favorite movie series of all time.  I like the grungey feel of the movie

Yeah, it is a great series.  I think I have seen up until IV. ( that was the one with the russian right ? )
I think just so my kid isn't soured on the whole thing I think we will watch the rest of them.

I just watched hell or high water. Its pretty depressing most of the story about bank robbery. Most of lawbreaking laws in Texas is inaccurate.

Mel Gibson in an action movie? Sure, sign me up.  I actually really enjoyed the movie.  Nothing super special, just a good watch

It's not the smartest movie in the world, but damn its entertaining. Next week am seeing Reacher, as someone who read the books I expect the same kind of movie. Stupid, but entertaining. 

Magnificent seven probably the fifth best movie I've seen this year... which is really sad tbh. 

1. Star Trek: Beyond. 

2. Civil War. 

3. Deadpool. 

4. 10 Cloverfield Lane. 

5. Magnificent 7 remake. 

Other news, The Logan(new Wolverine Movie) trailer is pretty good. It's going to be rated r which is reminiscent of the comic lines. I hope it's better than the previous wolverine movies.
