Joe is a decent QB at this time. He had good games and can be great. Honestly any decent to good QB can do well with this Baltimore talent on ofense. I'm not a hater just calling it as i see it.

Flacco is a beast he just needs 2 work on his footwork and get out the pocket faster. Jim Zorn is not helping he one bit. Like n washington he didnt want jason campbell to move all he wanted him to do is take sacks instead of taking off wen the defense has pressure. Joe create your own footwork and tell yo recieving corp "it's time" Anquan and Derrick should b always making big plays and take a shot at throwing the deep balls wen we r down in a game.

Me either there is a reason Flacco is the starter and bulger isnt and its because flacco is better even bulger is ok with it. if bulger was starting everyone would be saying flacco should be in. you dont pull a qb as good as flacco he earned his starting role when he took us to the playoffs 3 years in a row no qb competiton needed

the think people need to relize is this is Joe's 3rd year and look what the man has done with his career 3 years every year we get into the playoffs. I think if are OL didnt let so many sacks up Joe could probally complete a lot more

Time to move on, Flacco will never be able to take the Ravens to the Championship. Lets not wait for a disaterous season, Both Harbaugh and Flacco are mediocre at best. We need to find people that can get the job done. Not just be satisfied to make the Playoffs and then tell us we need to be proud of their failure.

After watching NFL playbook call Cam out on his play calling I really don't think Joey is the problem. It is what it is he has to do exactly what he is told to do. Release Cam set Joey free!

its the defense that wins championships,joe isnt the one who gave up big plays all throughout the season it was the defense luckily it was the defense that got us this far and now you guys think the offense is whats gonna get us to the superbowl ,yeah we need to improve on offense but dont change who the ravens really are,flacco isnt the one who calls 3 man rushes that get us burned everytime..

Joe needs to develop his quick release skills. It will open up the secondary when they know he might hit the flat any second, and that will limit the blitz at the very least. He needs to take advantage of his height and and get the ball out there before anyone can get a third step.

Cams creativity has repressed since he got here first and foremost. 2nd People need to be more patient with Flacco cause I don't think you can truly judge him til next year(or cams departure). Also people who mention his stats last year don't seem to remember how many times Ray Rice broke open short passes for long gains(Mason included). People also try to point to the oline. I'll give you this, we didnt get the push in the run game but that's also partially on the single back formations Cam decided to run when we have a pro bowl fullback riding pine. A lot of sacks can be attributed to Flacco just holding onto the ball too long while only honing in on 1 wr. Another thing I noticed was cam hates short middle of the field routes and loves sending wrs into the same area of the field. All in all the purpose of this is Cams gotta go or let Flacco have more control next year so you can truly gauge where his progression is.

I agree that our offense under performed and also in agreement that we may need to take a hard look at the OC. Playing devil's advocate here: Was Joe not given the audibles because they don't believe Joe is capable enough to do it. Maybe the coaches have seen something in Joe that makes them believe that he can only handle what they give him. I am not saying Joe is dumb at all. I am just saying I see the elite quarterbacks, going to the sidelines picking up phones, looking at pictures, rallying their players. I see Joe standing all alone there on the sidelines with his helmet still on and wearing his jacket. It seems to me that Joe has trouble making his reads and does hold the ball too long. When Joe has time in the pocket, he is a very accurate, strong armed quarterback. But if he does not have the talent to do the intangibles I listed, then maybe he is not the answer here. Peyton Manning is a leader, Tom Brady is a leader, Phillip Rivers is a leader, Big Ben is a leader, so far Joe is not at that level. I am not sure Joe can be. Listen, we had the chance to get Drew Brees when the Chargers let him go. We were at the top of the list of the three teams he wanted to play for and we passed on him. I am just wondering what this season would have been like if he was leading our team. Maybe it is Cam's fault, but maybe he did the best with what he had. I think that if it is Cam get rid of him, if it is Joe, than we need to find an elite qb fast. Just my two cents.

holycow...people are you watching the team i am. the ravens under flacco has been to the playoffs three years in a row. thats amazing since historically the ravens had a quarterback carousel. Let's be honest. flacco if anything needs learn to wave-off, escape or even run to maitain the play calling from Cam. the best hope to learn this is from zorn, who is a great position coach. Cam keeps the growth potentail of flacco limited. if anything Cam is the one that needs to go. 2010 was the third year for flacco and cam made him look like a rookie again. Another thing. if the Vertern recievers felt like flacco couldn't do the job, they would have been in the media ****ing about it. if the ravens get a new OC he'll have to address the O-line more than the qb.

Matt Ryan and Flacco came into the league at the same time.......Look at Ryan direct the falcons offense....he's able to call audibles and everything.....now look at flacco...he has to run plays, knowing that it's not going to work!!! Think back to the 2nd steelers game....had that been Manning or brady at the line...they would have got out of the play Cam called...and we would be getting up in The Jets this weekend!!!! But Noooo i'm sitting here at work...and every 10 or 20 minutes i see this co-worker walk by and he has a Steelers jersey on....and that makes me madder than a firecracker!!!!
