@Masonz85 actually the Defense scored one of those touchdowns and they set up the TD that Flacco threw to Heap..so really he was responsible for 10 points and was a non-factor in the second half

Get cam outta here our offense looks so dead at times that it makes me vomit just think about this why isnt there one package where anqaun, tj, stallworth, and mason are on the field at the same time. We need an uptempo but stable oc who isnt afraid to put joe cool in the shotgun and let him go.

i'm excited about pagano, and excited that he's an aggressive coach. i think he gives ed and ray their best chance at rings in their last couple seasons. now if we could just get rid of that schmuck cameron and gaither get healthy we can make the championship happen.

absolutely not on flacco. take a look at his numbers they are right up there with eli and other pretty good quarterbacks, not GREAT, but pretty good. not everyone can have peyton manning he is the 8th best player in NFL HISTORY. offense will work out the bugs WITH CAMERON next season. flacco will have another season under his belt, gaither will be back, oher will be comfortably with LT.

i also believe bulger would have been more consistent then flacco in running cams offense, yes cam has to go, but im really losing my patience with flacco pretty fast.. we shouldve already had a ring or 2. if flacco doesnt get us 1 soon like we deserve i hope hes out the door

I know a lot of fans are really up in arms about Cam, but I for one feel the jury is still out.

There are several reasons that I believe this to be the case, but how quick everyone is forgetting the 08, and 09 seasons where our offense over performed. In 08 Flacco wasn't supposed to even be playing, let alone take us on a Cinderella journey to the AFC championship game. Factor in that we played a record number of games in a row, and you realize how the 08 season was special. Last season we finished 12th over-all on offense, an improvement that no-one expected without a legit number one wide receiver.

Then over-night we are supposed to be a top 5 offense because of adding Boldin, and Housh. I am sorry to say that didn't happen like we all expected, and now no-one has faith in Cam.

Now don't get me wrong here, do I agree with every play call? Heck no, and I think I have noticed at least one absolutely strange play call in every game this year. What ever happened to the mad scientist creativity that we had on offense? It either seemed like the call was a run up the gut to no-where, or an uninventive pass route. Le'ron was vastly underutilized as a RB, and we never spread formation and went to shotgun.

All in all I think Cam deserves another shot, and if he puts us into the top 5 then we wont have to worry about keeping him since he will then have opportunities elsewhere.

"we should already have a ring or two"

"hell gimme a madden controller i can mix it up more than Cam"

It's stuff like this that makes the professionals laugh at fan noise. Are there things that need to be worked out? Of course. We also had an incredibly successful season, more so than at least 26 other teams in the league. Couch cushion coaches are the worst. Leave it to Biscotti, Newsome, and YES HARBS. He's an awesome coach and has done wonders for this organization in his brief time with us.

I also wonder why with all of the caps-lock yammering about Cam's lack of offensive magic we don't hear anyone criticizing the position coaches and outright lack of execution on the players' part. Cam doesn't drop passes, Cam doesn't get pancaked on the O-line. There are things to be fixed that are more fundamentally detrimental than the play calling. Cam needs to adapt still, but he has done so in the past and I believe he will continue to do so. Putting our lack of offensive production on him and him alone is straight up stupid.

Maybe Mattison left because he knows Cam is staying and that puts too much pressure on the defense to win every game. When you have a high powered offense that can't score, the points have to come from the defense. Please, Please, Please....get rid on Cam.

Anyone notice that the Steeler's O-line took some big injuries this year, yet they barely skipped a beat. We lost Gaither (not exactly a perennial pro-bowler) and never fully recovered. Is Cousins too bad to play? If we switched him, or Moll, for Gaither, than everyone else plays their natural position. Hindsight's 20/20, but I wonder why we didn't replace a tackle with a tackle. The juggling didn't work- too many sacks and too few rushing yards.

Yep, O-line talent and execution is, in my opinion, our biggest concern on offense. Their lack of execution was apparent in both our running AND passing game.

poezest what r u talking about we sacked them 6 times in the divisional they won because the of field position in the second hlaf the started in the ravens territory many times and took advantage i am not saying i dont agree with your statement but i think field position is key with our team

Cam needs to leave, we need to either trust Cam or trust Flacco, we trusted cam and got nothing, Flacco never audibled out of play calls. You see teams all over the league have 2 plays called in the huddle and they say "kill" and they go to the second play depending on what they see, if Flacco audibles out and we put trust in him the statistics on offense will get better

i am so happy to hear that pagano is aggresive because our defense went from guys flying around crazy with rex to three man rush with zone coverage with mattison i think if we send some heat more than once a game we can tire out the oline and we will get more pressure force bad throws and we will be able to stop the run more

purpandblack totally agree we have to take the leash off flacco and spread it out with stallworth and another speedy guy with boldin in the slot and mason in the slot or housh. flacco is coming in to his fourth year with 55 games under his belt and 7 which were playoff games

Exactly, you hear the greats calling out of plays like Peyton and Brady, Yet we will do a draw right into the middle of a shown blitz, let him make audibles.

Yes, we have to many good recievers to be doing what we are doing, Stallworth will strtch the field given the oppurtunity, id like to see a coordinator who will let us spread the field alot more, thats how we are going to beat piitsburgh. WE HAVE TO SPREAD TEAMS OUT MORE, FLACCO HAST bHE ABILITY TO DO THAT!!!!!

Ravensfan 2001, I was referring to the season as a whole. We had the same guys in there all year, and actually got worse (dropped from 12th to 22nd in the second half of the season!). They had to tote O-linemen off the field left and right, yet they outrushed us with one back, gave up similar sack numbers, and were still good enough to be one of two AFC teams left. Usually continuity on the O-line makes for improved performance- not so with 2010 Ravens. That's all.

FLACCO HAS THE ARM TO SPREAD THE FIELD WITH THE Ball, I really want us to spread the ball out more, but we wont get that with cam as the OC! Get CAM OUT!!!!

Okay the defense seems to be happy about the new move.......Can we get the Offense on the move with someone they can work with and be happy with. I think it makes a big difference what the offensive guys think of Cam. If he can't get the production he needs from them......He really should ask himself why?

Cams creativity has repressed since he got here first and foremost. 2nd People need to be more patient with Flacco cause I don't think you can truly judge him til next year(or cams departure). Also people who mention his stats last year don't seem to remember how many times Ray Rice broke open short passes for long gains(Mason included). People also try to point to the oline. I'll give you this, we didnt get the push in the run game but that's also partially on the single back formations Cam decided to run when we have a pro bowl fullback riding pine. A lot of sacks can be attributed to Flacco just holding onto the ball too long while only honing in on 1 wr. Another thing I noticed was cam hates short middle of the field routes and loves sending wrs into the same area of the field. All in all the purpose of this is Cams gotta go or let Flacco have more control next year so you can truly gauge where his progression is.

Anyone who thinks Joe doesn't ever audible either aren't paying enough attention to the actual games or don't know what "audible" means.
