well its his job to as offensive coordinator's assistant to work closely with him. It just means he's good at his job

He worked with Ray Rice at Rutgers so he is definitely a fan of the running game, seeing as Rice carried for a ridiculous amount of attempts as a Scarlet Knight. Wouldn't be opposed to letting him take over but, question is, how will he be different than Cameron?
