Apparently, it might not really be for a PS3, but instead, a PS3 Move Controller Gun Grip. If that ends up being the case, Amazon and Target better be ready to do some major PR damage control and either honor the purchases or give everyone refunds....

If I order it now, while it says for 39.99 even though its out of stock, would I still be able to get the PS3 for that price?

Whatever, I just bit the bullet and ordered it. 60 bucks all in why not? Worst comes to worst, I get nothing but my money back, whatever. About 5 minutes after I bought it, it listed it for 5,000 dollars from a different seller and was taken down shortly after. LOL!

They would simply cancel the order. They likely wouldn't honor the PS3 because, unless the item ships and your card is charged, there is no liability on the part of the seller to fulfill the purchase as listed.

Yeah , you'll have to let us know if you actually get one. Amazon and Target have the right to inspect all items before they ship and cancel the order.

Got a amazon email, they said they screwed up, so I got a refund. kinda mad cuz my status said shipping and I would have laughed so hard if it actually got here, and they wanted them back....

Nice try though. You had me jealous for about a day and a half. You sort of knew this was coming though.

You have to figure somebody saw this and wanted 500 for their business. People could've made $260/per PS3.
