Does anybody know what we can and can't do between now and March 4th when the contract expires and what the team can do after March 4th?

First off if they ever want to have an 18 game season you have to add in another bye week, as well as bigger rosters.

If I am not mistaken that is part of the proposal. It would be 2 less pre season games, additional roster, additional bye, with the 18 game season.
