It could of been a AFC Championship game here in Charm City! Just makes it that much more disappointing that our offense did not show up in the second half!

this crap is really depressing. i didnt even watch football today. I wish it were August of 2011 already. I pray Mason, Reed, and Lewis all come back. I really hope the Jets deliver the upset. as insurance, I need the packers to beat the bears. They will play better against the steelers

You know, the last Ravens Regime wouldn't listen when Fans insisted the O.C. Matt Cavanaugh had to go, I hope this isn't something that continues to haunt us. Looking back at this season, we lost 4 games due to the second half lack of production and probably had a number of games that were close that same way.Cam may be good at watching Game Film and putting a 1st half game together although he cannot make second half adjustments or counter play schemes on the fly. He refused to go to the booth, what more can he possibly do to improve this offense? I have little confidence!

we didn't have the chemistry on offense - need a tackle, diversity in wide receiver style, and a fresh offensive coordinator.

What ever happened to the Game Plan?

Why is Cam still the guy calling the plays?

Why can't Joe move in the pocket or establish a presence?

Since when did the Steelers hire Zebras on their team too (that was a ridiculous effort by the refs)?!

this upcoming season needs to be strictly built to whoop the steelers butts and take the north by storm... so whatever needs to be done just do it like the nike slogan

We should go hard after Nnamdi Asomugha. That way we won't have to go after a corner in the draft.

Bring back Carr, Wilson and Landry and our secondary will be a top five.
Note: Foxworth should be next years Ladarius Webb.

Two words Cromartie and Revis, that's what they're doing right, they have two shutdown corners which allows them to bring more blitzers than any team in the league, which in turn allows them to be more aggressive on offense because those two guys can lock it down. That's their secret.

We need our offensive line stable.. dunno whats gonna happen with Gaither... I think Nnamdi Asomugha should be a priority because that would automatically upgrade the secondary.. the man wants to win maybe he won't command top dollar.
We definitely need a real deep threat and to use it with a NEW CREATIVE coordinator

@EternalBossGang

You sound like a good evaluator of quarterbacks. Whine and pout all you want but flacco progressed this season and elite quarterbacks aren't born overnight and I firmly believe that finding a creative offensive play caller will lead flacco into the upper echelon of quarterbacks

Some of the top Underclassman receivers backed out of the draft. We should try to pick one in the top three rounds.

I think Ozzie will take care of the personnel issues fine. The key is getting the right coordinators who can help raise the level of play esp at QB, or at least get the players to play to their potential which these coordinators did not. Just look at the Jets, Bears, and Packers ( with all those injuries)We really blew an ubelievable opp

Hi,

well... then this is what we have to solve somehow... and then it's gonna be SB ext year...

Thx for the reply.

PS: BTW, tonight, at the Pats game, after the last two onside kicks, Revis was in both cases swept away cleanly... So even he's not all they need :)

The frustrating thing is that the last 2 years we've went onto the playoffs with more hope than expectation. This year we had the belief that we should have made it to Dallas and that's what hurts the most! (especially losing to our biggest rivals!)
Flacco has made another step forward this year & I dont think we could have done much better with anyone else at QB? (by that I mean Bulger)...yes I sometimes worry that when the heat comes on he tends to struggle but so do most QB's...look at Brady tonight or Ryan last night for that matter! Being an elite QB is hard but Joe is making progress and I believe he will get there if he gets the correct support around him.
To that end I do think we need to get a new OC. Just to give the offence some sort of spark for next season. Give Joe more flexibility, more control. We were very lethargic for long periods this year & the play calling did get predictable. We put our defence in a lot of difficult situations & left them on the field for long periods...I think for this offense its time to get back to basics...build the offensive line...run the ball...protect the QB...get the ball into the hands of our playmakers to make the plays we need to win that Superbowl!

Easier said then done, shutdown corners don't grow on trees, certainly acquiring asmougha would be a huge step but that will take a lot to pull off
