i remember the pre-season game against the Giants they came out in the no huddle with spread receivers, and carved them up. Never saw it again unless in desperation late

no doubt. I was at that game. I said to myself, damn, if we can do this all season we are going to OWN. Guess I was kidding myself. Not sure what we gained by proving we could do something in the pre-season and not even attempting to tap that potential in the regular season or playoffs.

With all this talk about firing coordinators on this team, I'd rather we fire some of the... uh, how do I put this nicely... slower fans of this team. I swear, if the coaching staff actually listened to some of the ideas brought up around here, we'd be lucky to have an 8-8 season.

Pschology plays prominently, affecting a QB's quality performance or output.
After three years, if you are not entrusted by the coaching staff, and seen, exhibiting leadership qualities by your peers things will backfire. If you are still on training wheels and not given the reigns, periodicly; then, communications comes to an impasse and eventual self-doubt or best mediocre, inconsistant performanance molds. You and your team will never come to know your QB leadership style.

What's this about insubordiantion? The mark of a successful QB as the Steelers proove, is the gift of spontaneous, impromtu, change-up of play. People were complaining for the lack of creative, or Cam's predictable/conservative play?

The message of Harboraugh to Flacco, now, is to be that of trust. If he does not deliver, then we reconsider.

Flacco needs to work on personal, team leadership communications and style. Manning, for example, is out their in force, audibles, directing traffic with his hands. He is fully absorbed in the game. Flacco has a very good arm, but at tiimes his demeanor is aloof. Suggs, is the person on out team that is fully entranced in the game.
