Zone Blitz

Guys, I'm not very good with the X's and O's so I would need some help in this matter. How could I get a grip on the fire zone blitz, like playbook , structure , weaknesses and advantages , good matchups and so on .
Pittsburgh uses it , NY Jets as well, Ravens did it , dunno but nowadays it's not as aggresive of a D as we've witnessed when Rex was here and I'm very interested to learn more about it . Thanks
