We can be and still believe we are the best team in the league, but in our heads, the team included in my beliefs we are better then everyone except THEM! Our D nor our O loses to anybody with a 14 point lead. Why Ravens are you scared of THEM!!

Posting "UFA!" right after your team suffered a huge loss is a complete and utterly disrespectful move. After we defended him during the whole Channing Crowder spit incident, went along with his "McClain4RB" campaign even though it was clearly unsettling to the team as a whole, we still loved him here in Baltimore. As far as I am concerned, he can go make his money and waste away in some crap organization like Arizona or Detroit, and then see if he regrets acting like an idiot and leaving Baltimore.

I completely agree with that. The only thing that concerns me is that they might really have a long shopping list now. They need another pass rusher; maybe Kindle takes care of that maybe he doesn't, but it needs to be adddressed. The offensive line needs serious help (this might also be solved internally, but maybe not) middle linebacker by committee is not working, and DeCosta said they're still looking for a cornerback. Safety might be something to keep an eye on as well.

Add in fullback, and it's a pretty daunting set of needs.

The Ravens are not the best team in the league. They can't beat Pitt in the playoffs or when the divisional title is on the line, they can't beat Indy, and Tom Brady is right: taking one game in nine against New England is not impressive.

It's going to be a very interesting and challenging off-season for the front office but they're paid to do it. Ozzie and the front office gets a lot of credit. This off-season, maybe more than any other, is where they'll need to live up to their billing and not only keep the Ravens competitive but help them improve.

Any DB or WR has to have a certain swagger. Without it, they wouldn't last a second in this league. Washington's no different than any other DB [i](from Darelle Revis to Frank Walker)[/i] in that regard.

I also enjoy how whenever a player has a chance of leaving the Ravens in FA, it becomes a witch-hunt. We saw it with Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, etc. Even with these "smaller" players, it's a big deal to some.

The way Cam utilized him this year we'd be better served to find a traditional FB who actually likes blowing people up and getting blown up himself to open up holes. McClain's versatility is something Cam cant utilize because 1) We have Rice/McGahee 2) Cam cant even figure out to put Boldin on crossing routes so why would he figure out McClain's versatility. McClain in NE or GB would be something to see though.

He does, that's the sad thing. He doesn't realize that he can't catch, that he's not a physical runner, that he's slow, that he has absolutely no vision whatsoever. He thinks he has all those skills, so let him move on. He'll realize pretty fast that he's just another Mughelli. Good lead blocker, but that's about it. There are dozens of those guys available in the offseason via FA/Draft.
