thank you much edreed20...I haven't seen Pitta's number called much this year but Dickson show's a lot of promise...fast for such a big guy and I really hope to see him evolve a bit more next year. I remember seeing some film on Pitta before the season...looks to have better hands but i dunno...your thoughts?

Nah, Pitta wasn't on the field a whole lot. Hopefully that changes in 2011, a 3 TE set could add some muscle to a running game and match-up problems in the passing game. Heck we have too many weapons, coupled with a few egos.

I'm hoping we see Pitta a lot more next season. He had some balls thrown his way a number of games but Dickson was ahead. I actually like Pitta's long-term just as much as Dickson.

Maybe an offense with less mouths to feed, like NE's will help the unit improve next season.

I'm all for having Boldin as the only vet WR on this team next year.

Although I would bring Stallworth back if Cam is going to use him this time, since hes really not going to demand the ball like Mason or Housh would.

Same here. I like Pitta's long-term prospects. The guys got really solid hands and is Heap 2.0. I was kinda disappointed when we didn't get to see more of him and the team went with Dickson. Ofcourse Heap was playing lights out this season.

But I am looking forward to Pitta's future.

Agreed on all counts.

So am I. The guy really is a slightly smaller Heap. It's uncanny.
