What Did The Game Cost You?

127 posts in this topic

It was my birthday.....need I say more?

The endless amount of Beer I consumed really helped though....

I always want our team to do well and if we lose a game I can handle it but NOT when we have the lead and NOT to them. I would of rather lost to the chiefs than to lose to the dang Steelers. Anyone but them....

-Ive been cleaning up beer bottles that I went outside and smashed on my sidewalk after the game
-My neighbors were actually on their front porch across the street watching me..as I was cussing and screaming and smashing bottles, I finally looked their way only for them to gather their kids and rush inside their house

-Then I tortured myself by getting on facebook, I lost several friends last night(Steeler Fans) Tried to get one to drive to my house so we could fight it out...nice ...wont be hearing from him anytime soon i guess
- All in all I really think I lost my mind last night
- Drank 12 Yuenglings, watched my team implode, listened to Hines Ward, and lost my mind!
- Ive just sat here on my couch all day and stared at the wall..when will i get better?

With all the loss and property damage we're reporting here, can you imagine what's happened in New England?

Nahhh. They've won three Superbowls since our one. So they are still living off that contentness. Besides the Pats have always owned the Jets, it sucks to let you divisional rivals past you, but it hasn't happened much lately.

We on the other hand can't get past the Pats of our division. Which makes this lost much more frustrating than theirs.

I thought it cost me my love of football. (I despise when officiating takes over a game). I think that is a temporary thing that will go away as soon as this SB is over and done.

If Steeler fans (not all, but it does seem most of them) were not so obnoxious and always going on and on about the six ring thing, I would be alright with them winning the SB. Alas, they are arrogant and annoying though so I hope they lose and lose big.

My cousins in Massachusetts are Pats fans. They're ballistic up there. Even though we had high expectations for our Ravens, there were even higher expectations for the Pats because of how invincible they've looked almost all season, save for their two losses. There was no reason to believe that Tom Brady would fold like this, or that the defense would give up yards and points to Mark Sanchez.

I think I'd hate to be a Mod on a Patriots message board even more than I'm hating our situation right now with Steelers trolls.

Cost me $30,000.
That's what I have paid for tickets since the last time they won a Superbowl.
Yes, at least we have a Superbowl win.
But THIS WAS TO BE THE YEAR. And Pittsburgh raped us once again.
