Did Anyone Else Notice

On the one 4th and 1 pittsburgh had, I noticed the refs spotted the ball a hashmark back but then pouncey moved the ball slowly towards the 1st down marker until it was basically on top of it. What the hell? How did the refs not catch this? I don't have the video but he was doing this all game. Slowly moving the ball forward. Really cheap.

EDIT: And no it wasn't him just him regripping the ball. He was physically moving it forward.

I dont know that it really matters because the ball carrier still received the ball a couple yards behind the LOS and still gained a first down.

Maybe it didn't matter but turning a 4th and 1 into 4th and inches is dirty.

It's true, the ball was originally spotted a full yard from the 1st down point and when they snapped they were probably only a foot away.

that just disgusts me. Nobody wins by cheating, yet the Steelers did. I'm so mad right now, if I were Harbaugh, I'd send in the tape and basically demand a rematch, even though you can't do that...

Not sure about all that but I know we got a gift when Redding ran that touchdown in because Suggs totally clubbed Big Jen in the head with a forearm which was missed by the officials.

It wasn't really his arm, more like his hand/fingers.

If it really happened (I didn't notice, but possible), then it would seem it could be called a false start and spotted back five yards. That would have had a huge effect.
