well right now if you look on ign.com you can see that Flacco is rated the highest at 79 and he has a 97 throw power and 83 accuracy making him the most accurate QB on the team with the strongest arm

And besides, any preliminary footage of the game would probably showcase the first-round picks and big-name free agent acquisitions anyway; after all, those are the ones that casual fans are most interested in seeing in uniform.

That's why there was footage of JaMarcus Russell as Oakland's starter in last year's game, even though he had yet to sign a contract in real life.

Well, considering how they're advertising a whopping 85+ (yes, you read that right) new features for the game, it BETTER be a major improvement...lol.

And if NCAA 09's game demo is any indication, if Madden 09 is ANYTHING like that, then it's a DRASTIC change -- for the better.

Off the top of my head, I can count maybe 13 or 14 new features -- and that's still a bunch more than what we've seen in recent editions. So the simple fact that there's so many more that are yet to be revealed over the next month, that amazes me...

Granted, most of those features are probably subtle changes. But, sometimes, it's the little things that matter most.

Flacco, Smith and Boller will all be ranked incredibly close to each other...75-85 (with Boller maybe cracking into the 80's).
