Really dreading listening to Dierdorf this whole game
Is that who we have? I guess Nantz and Simms are in NE for the Patriots/Jets game. I was hoping we would have Nantz and Simms.

Great.... parmele has been solid in relief.
I just pray he doesn't try and run out of the end-zone despite being five yards deep.

When Flacco has time he is very fine
When the Defense gets rest, they are the best
When the Ravens our on the Field, A win will be sealed

I'm a little concerned that we only have two TEs up for this game. If Heap's hammy acts up again, it could get ugly.
I know, I was shocked to see Pitta on the inactive list, I if we added more defensive players to sacrifice the offensive side of the ball.

McClain is active so we won't see a repeat of the Week 13 game where the young TEs got exposed as blockers.

No way Collinsworth is pro ravens. Dude is all sorts of negative. He just plugs really hackneyed story lines from the week leading up to a game and talks about them ad nauseum

16-13 Steelers. *assuming Troy is at least 85%*

I know others will disagree but I think they have a slightly better offense and defense.

I think Ravens win if Troys not as healthy as there saying, which is definitely a possibility.
I think excuses like "hes not as healthy as there saying" are sad. If they lose it means we are better. Obviously if they win we need excuses!(lol just playing IF they win, then they are the better team this time). Sorry not trying to call you out but I can see people getting there excuses ready and we don't need any of that.

Best team wins and no excuses on either side, if he was that sick to where it would affect him that much then he wouldnt be playing. You are entitled to your opinion on who is going to win and why but no excuses by either team if they losei what i want.

For those who missed it, from our front page:
In addition to Mattison, wideout David Reed, safety Tom Zbikowski, linebacker Arthur Jones, defensive tackle Lamar Divens, and tight ends Davon Drew and Dennis Pitta are inactive.

That also means starting cornerback Chris Carr and running back Ray Rice will play.

Carr was questionable after suffering a thigh injury last week, while ESPN reported that Rice was dealing with a stomach illness.

On Thursday, Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh said he thought Carr would be fine, and Rice debunked any doubts of his status by tweeting “To clear it all up I will be playing today ain’t no questionable or none of that I’m good” Saturday morning.

For the Steelers, offensive tackles Tony Hills and Chris Scott are inactive, as is defensive end Aaron Smith, linebacker Jason Worilds, defensive tackle Steve McLendon, corner Crezdon Butler, running back Jonathan Dwyer and quarterback Charlie Batch are inactive.

Agreed, don't like him at all. The last game against the Steelers i don't think he mentioned the Ravens making a great play once, it was Steelers this Steelers that, sooo annoying.

I watched that game with my ole man who barely watches football, and when Collinsworth was saying how great of a play it was to hold onto the ball and throw it away when Sizzle was trying to strip it, my ole man was like all he did was throw it away and was even getting annoyed by him.

Sapp has Dawan Landry and Irvin has Heap as our X - factors today.
What was Sapp's reasoning for Landry being an X-factor?

It never ceases to amaze me that they will talk about everything but the Ravens game on this pre game. Even when the Ravens are the ONLY game they have today.

I think it's clear that Collinsworth, Dierdorf, and Matt Millen all hate the Ravens.
I don't think he does. He heaped praise on Ray, Ed, Ngata and Suggs during the SNF game and pointed some of the good things Rice did in pass protection.

He was saying reed man's his side of the field, and he said if reed trust Landry then does he, basically saying Landry has to take care of his side of the field. The funny thing is sapp called Landry a tackling machine.

A message from Ray on FB.

"It's just about time. I'll be stepping out on that field with my teammates on Pittsburgh soil with only one thing on my mind......complete focus on total domination. Cheer for us Baltimore, we will hear it, loud and proud!"

Well put I think,,, Get ready ravens people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take the Pats winning the SB over the Steelers 100 out of 100 times.

The last thing I want to hear about is "7burgh"

Landry was a tackling machine his rookie season. After his neck injury, not so much. Still better than many strong-safeties in the league, but there's always the possibility to upgrade in the offseason.
