The whole reason I started to watch footabll is cause I play for my local team. The thing is half the fun of watching any sport on telly is shouting at the blooming thing as if you were the coach. If the ravens lose (Which I dont think they will) then so be it I will still be a fan, just a fan who swares at the telly a lot that day

But I Honestly think this weekends game will be awesome to very evenly matched teams IMHO its will come down to the wire but as the ravens showed this weekend with some awesome stats against KC ( I know stats dont mean points and points mean prizes) then we can win

Ed Reed is one of the few players in the NFL that actually CONVERTS the sack when he blitzes Roethlisberger. He wraps up and brings Ben down. I can't say that for most of the NFL... including some Ravens. And yes, it's frustrating because the Steelers escape losses on quite a few plays like that. It's disgusting... like a Stevie Johnson game-winning touchdown pass drop.

I haven't checked the actual stats but I'm fairly certain that within the last two games we've caused 10 turnovers, and the Chiefs had the ball a total of 68 seconds in the 4th qtr.

I'm not suggesting we'll be that dominant against the Steelers, but we are picking our play up at the right time. Offense as well...

The Steelers have the rest, but we have the momentum.

While Suggs has lost one or two of those battles with Ben, I'm pretty sure he's on the winning side overall.

The Ravens have "escaped losses" themselves a few times Bub. But, that's this years Jets more than anyone so, moving on....

I say, we will win. Only because our game vs. Kansas City really showed off how good of an offense we actually have. I am glad Flacco is fianlly using Anquan Boldin! Also, with Ed Reed's brother missing the team will be determined to give Ed Reed a Superbowl Championship! Last, this is the 1ST time Ray Lewis has taken out his Superbowl ring in 10 YEARS! This might be a bold statement, but I think the Ravens have more to play for.
Obviously both teams want to win the game and make it to the SB, so don't argue that point.
But, since their is such energy with this team right now, and having lost, what, like 7 straight times to Big Ben, the Ravens are really going to motivated to win this game.
Not to mention the team is playing with and for Reed to a degree, that could still factor into this game, not to mention an aging Ray Lewis motivating his team to get that second ring, the team will play for him as well.
The Ravens have been playing with a lot of momentum as of late, and as a team, which is what they need to do in order to win this game.

It's games like these that make me respect the Steelers and their organization.
I'm going to have to take off of work for this one...

I do not think either team is concerned about anything at this point....they know each other so well that it will come down to one or two plays or mistakes. Maybe a trick play here or there from either side but it will be another nail biter.
