I doubt it's Vick, being as he was on the cover of Madden 04.

Maybe Brady? Ryan's a possibility I suppose. You couldn't even rule Billy out, seeing as VY had it in 08 lol.

I'd say maybe a defensive player.

Perhaps Revis, Matthews, or maybe even Asomugha. In the end, though, they'll go with whoever is most marketable. So it'll probably be a quarterback of a high profile team - Brady or Ryan...

I wouldn't mind the 2 player cover again featuring a offensive and defensive player from each Super Bowl team like they did Troy and Fitzgerald.

Ok with Jim Harbaugh going from Stanford to NFL, Pete Carrol doing the same I think it's time to have some feature that allows you to Import College Coaches into Madden... now because of copy right issues it would just say Stanford but allow us to change the name of the coach to say Jim Harbaugh.

Haha yea that gets a little annoying sometimes, but they do fumble a lot because they try to throw it away. There are 2 things you can do to get some easier sacks, the first is use one of the safeties and play tight coverage which results in the QB holding onto the ball too long, or if it's obvious passing situation take a DE and move him to the opposite side and audible the Dline to attack the direction you took him from.

or how bout when ur qb throws the ball into the first row on a quick out pattern, that is one of the many annoying things in madden 11, really the quality of game play has gone down, way more bugs and little quirks then in years past

This has never happened to me lol, you must have thrown the ball too soon and before the QB was done his drop-back.

**** it happens to me nearly every game, it only happens on a tight end line out, could be im throwing it too fast, but its only a 3 step drop, and my camera mode is on zoom, i has never happened on any other camera angle

Its happened to me on All Madden, I use the west coast playbook and on weak I stack I think it is, TE post is isolated on man coverage so as long as you throw it outside Heap beats the LB everytime. I'll lead Heap and sometimes Flacco throws it into the press box and your just like....ummmmm excuse me? lol

Ahhh ok, I don't usually run that slants play, and if I do I rarely throw it to the TE on that route. I'll usually just hot route it to a streak because I hate that route where they run right to the sidelines.

2012 is the season they're supposed to make huge changes to the franchise mode. I will see if I can find that info for you all. I guess only time will tell.

1. Improving the pass defense
2. Fixing the QB Spy Blitz Glitch
3. Improving PA Blocking
4. Improving Kick Return Blocking
5. Fixing the Kicking Meter

Flacco-695 yards, 6 TD's, 2 Int,
Rice-105 yards, 1 TD
Wilson-2 Int, 100 yard and 56 yard
Lewis-3 sacks, 1 Int
Halftime score? 24-17...
End of the game score 59-53

um yeah, i swear when this game first came out, whenever you tried to throw it away right before a sack it was a fumble. they must have fixed it cause it doesnt happen as much now.

For the madden players to look EXACTLY like real life!!

Apparently, there's gonna be "surprise" onside kicks in the new Madden. When you're kicking off you hit the "B" (or "Circle" if you play on PS3) button and you'll kick it like an onsides kick and your team will try to recover.

There's also gonna be tuner sets which are already in some of EA's other sports games which allow them to fix/tweak parts of the game without having to come out with a full update. So if, for instance, the above-mentioned surprise onside kicks are proving to be as cheap as they probably sound to some people, then EA can fix it so their success rate drops dramatically (or one would hope). Oh, and for anyone worrying about having to deal with these surprise onside kicks all game, it's gonna be limited to 2 attempts per game.

I'd rather have them beef up the Franchise mode. That's pretty much my only incentive in playing Madden other than the new rosters.

I'd like it if we could download the the records and stats from the actual season once it's over. I simmed the season (exactly as it turned out and yes it took a while) and Madden ended up putting the Giants in the playoffs rather than the Packers. I had to lose to the Bears in order to keep as close to reality as I could. haha

Good thing you brought this up, because this is one of the things I want.

1. Custom Sim: If you choose to Sim a season, you can either have the CPU Sim it like it is now, or you can choose a Custom Sim where you pick the division records, playoff teams, etc. That way you could have the Packers in the playoffs.

2. Play Other Games: Remember the days on the PS2 where even if you did a 1 team Franchise, you could have the option of playing other games during the week, bring that back. That way we could create our own parity if we wanted to.

3. Editable Imported Draft Class: Right now the NCAA Draft Import is so random, please let us edit or, you can actually fix this in NCAA by being able to see the Projected Round that player is going to be taken in and being able to edit it before you import it. Plus if we are able to see it, that could be used as another reason why a underclassmen should stay, say he is only projected a 3rd rounder, and there should be something that says what their Round would be if they stay another year where say he is a 3rd if he goes out now, but he can be a late 1st rounder if he stays another year.

4. Edit Player Contracts Before Franchise: I have heard other games that have had this, and EA seems to update contracts with Roster Updates but not all of them(Jamaal Charles signed an extension, Antonio Gates signed an extension yet they still have 1 year deals) so before we go into Franchise we could change the contracts.

5. RFA/URFA: We need this back. The way I go about this now is that before I would go into Franchise in the Player Management screen for all 32 teams, I would follow the 6 Years to Free Agency rule like in the NFL and change players(I.E lowering OVR & releasing so they would take a 2 year deal if they didn't have 6 years) just to keep it realistic. It's time consuming but I just pretend they are tendered. Since they may have a new CBA, I'm now following the original rule which is 4 years of service in the NFL so now I'm doing what I did for the 6 years of service for anyone who don't have 4 years of service.

6. Defensive Systems: When I'm playing Madden, I really can't tell the difference between a 3-4 defense or a 4-3 defense. The main reason is because I can take a 4-3 DE and make him a 3-4 DE and there would be no difference. Also it doesn't help that if your drafting, you can't tell which guys would fit your system. I like to see them have Ratings for both 3-4 and 4-3 defenses.

The thing that pisses me off in Madden 11 is when Flacco gets sacked while I throw the ball and magically one of the other defensive lineman (CPU of course) just picks it up in mid air. Has that ever happened to anyone?

Or what about when your WR beats the DB on a 9 and the DB is like 5 yards away and WITHOUT looking, that DB just swats the ball out of the air lol.

They need to take out CPU picks online. Seriously, they're cool in Franchise Mode but I hate it when a game is decided on a damn CPU pick. Pure luck, no skill

happens to me playing madden 10 al the time,or they call it a fumble, the best play was when an DT intercepted me and returned it 90 yards for a TD.
