Warden's insult in another thread gave me the idea to start this one. Post any of your favorite recipes, meals, and whatnot on here.

Abby made some pizza tonight using a recipe that we've been using for years. It's pretty easy and also works great for making grilled pizza.

Heart attack (waiting to happen) in every bite? Yes.
Perfect 10 out of 10 on the deliciousness scale? Yes.

Ana made about 40 of these for New Years Eve; they lasted about 10 minutes.

I'm crazy for seafood.

Salmon, trout, mackerel, snapper, crab, lobster, oysters, I can't get it enough.

As for recipes, as a kid, my grandmother would make an amazing peanut stew with chicken and rice. It's too bad I can't have it anymore ever since I developed an allergy to peanuts.

The wife's step-mother had us over for king crab legs yesterday. These things were huge and delicious. She even has special butter-warmers for such occassions.

King Crab Legs? In Wisconsin? Lies!

Yea, those butter warmers are nice when devouring succulent shell fish.

They were frozen initially, but we do get a lot of fish from Lake Superior. Smoked whitefish on a bagel is always nice.

Smoked whitefish on a bagel sounds tantalizing, I would like to try it.

Earlier today, I had dinner at a local Mexican restaurant here in Clinton - Los Caballeros - and the meal featured taco, enchilada, rice and beans. I loved every bite, but their best is the Special la Casa - two burritos, either beef or chicken, with melted cheese on top. That, my friends, is a taste to die for.

I love hamburgers. especially at fuddruckers. You can build your own with fresh flame broiled Beef. Awesome rolls they use.

I have become an extremely picky eater lately mainly because I decided that it was time to lose some serious weight! 50lbs and counting so far since july..woo hoo!

Instead of the normal fast food (mc d's, bk, wendy's ect.) I got myself hooked on salad works..a little more expensive but my favorite is a turkey club salad (turkey, with romain and iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, wheat noodles, bacon bits, and i add black olives in too..yum)

Here's the pizza Abby made last night:

As for eating out, one of my favorite meals is the Friday Fish Fry at Popeye's (not the one you're thinking of.) All-you-can-eat Icelandic cod and potato pancakes. You know how us Jews love our latkes.

Oysters and Sushi and anything bizarre is the way I go.

Love me some sushi as well.

I once ate frog legs and really enjoyed it.

Frog legs are real good. I can buy them at the local International market for cheap.

But why stop there with french food. Escargots de Bourgogne is delicious. I love snails in shell w/ Butter and garlic. Delicious. Or Fois Gras (I know its inhumane, but it is good). And you can't go wrong with the ever popular veal brains (cervelle de veau).

I tried Escargots de Bourgogne a while ago and loved it. I've never had Fois Gras or veal brains though.

Whole Foods actually carries Escargots de Bourgogne. But it costs a lot, I think it was like $12 for a pack of six.

Moo Shu Pork (w/ plum sauce and Chinese pancakes) & Egg Foo Yung are my favorites. But most Chinese food is delicious.

I also love Mongolian barbeques. I love being able to stack whatever I want on my dish and make different tastes.

I figure you guys might get a kick out of this. This is what my dad cooked for Thanksgiving, along with two stuffed Turkeys. He has problems going a bit overboard with food. They bought a restaurant grade Vulcan oven for their house so they can pull off stunts like this.
