My Unique Experience At The Ravens Bengals Game

Through a family connection my girlfriend was able to acquire a Ravens player's family seats (8 tickets in total- section 119) at the Ravens/Bengals game Sunday. The seats were on the Ravens side, corner of the end zone.

Right off the bat you could tell things were different in the family and friends section- ie: A LOT of security standing around us, everyone has wristbands, etc, etc. But what made for the most interesting game was who I was sitting next to...

Right after we took our seats a monster of a man sat next to me... none other than Paul Kruger's brother: Joe Kruger. All 6'7" 235 pounds of him. I thought Paul was big... his brother Joe makes my 6'3" 215 lb frame look like a runway model. The best part: Joe Kruger, Mrs. Kruger and Paul's sister are the nicest people you could ever meet. I shook his hand (his has nearly crushed mine), talked to him off and on throughout the game, met his family- was definitely a unique experience. It was also neat to see that his entire family was out of their seats cheering whenever Paul was on the field.
