Possible Scenarios For Wild Card Weekend:

AFC:
If the #6 Jets win, then they travel to play the #1 Patriots while the Chiefs-Ravens winner will play the #2 Steelers.
If the #6 Jets lose, then the Chiefs-Ravens winner (lowest-remaining seed) will play the #1 Patriots and the #3 Colts play the #2 Steelers.

NFC:
If the #6 Packers win, then they travel to play the #1 Falcons while the Saints-NFC West winner will play the #2 Bears.
If the #6 Packers lose, then the Saints-NFC West winner (lowest-remaining seed) will play the #1 Falcons and the #3 Eagles play the #2 Bears.
Ravens Scenarios

For the Ravens, this presents the possibility of playing the Patriots, then Colts or Steelers in the Divisional and Conference Championship rounds. Or, the Ravens could play the Steelers, then the Jets or Patriots.

In the event of a Ravens victory over the Chiefs:
If you want the Ravens to face the Patriots (Divisional Round) and Colts/Steelers (Conference Championship), you need the Jets to lose.
If you want the Ravens to face the Steelers (Divisional Round) and Jets/Patriots (Conference Championship), you need the Jets to win.

The Ravens can host a home playoff game in the Conference Championship if the Jets beat the Colts and Patriots, and the Ravens oust the Chiefs and Steelers.

Storylines galore as long as the Ravens can pull it off in a tough road game against the Chiefs this Sunday!

That's all if the Ravens can get past the Chiefs who have the best rushing attack in the league. They also have a WR by the name of Bowe that is pretty darn good.

The Ravens needs to stop the run if they want any shot at winning this game on the road, that and the offense needs to start playing like it's loaded at every possible position with Pro Bowl caliber players.

Cam Cameron, please don't cost us the game with some horrible play calls. I've been giving him a pass until a couple plays he ran today. Just really really bad job...Joe hasn't thrown for more than 20 attempts in the past 3 games or so.....I sure hope he stays fresh with his WRs and that the run game can produce because you know they are stacking the box.

I wanna go into Foxboro and open up a can on Tom Beiber.

I Would prefer,

Cheifs >Patriots>Steelers

Either way, the refs are gonna hate us lol

interesting fact, Since 1972 (38 seasons) the Steelers have won 20 division titles (that's over half the time), 5 wild card berths, making it 25 playoff season of 38 (two/thirds), 14 AFC championship games (37%, one out of three). During that time the team has had two .500 seasons and only 7 losing seasons,. Other teams have decades when they might have been the team of that decade (SF, Dallas, NE) but they haven't kept up.

the steelers have truly been dominate.

Since you claim to be female, I'll be polite... no one cares.

Oh, and it's dominant, not dominate. Thanks.

It doesn't matter who we play, we got this! I think Bruce Lee said it best....

“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

so put us in Arrowhead, Heinz, or Gilette! We will adapt and we will flow and we will crash.... RAVENS ALL DAY BABY!

You know what I love about this team? The fact that I have never heard so much whining and complaining (I did some myself) over a team that went 12-4 in my life.
That tells me that even at our worst, we're better than 95% of the teams out there.

As tough as it may be, I would like to see a rematch against the Steelers. I think we got jipped with a bit of bad luck the last game against them. I hate the Jets too though. Rex Ryan.. ugh.

I'm never a fan of the whole "rematch for revenge" idea in the playoffs. Last time we tried to "revenge" two regular season losses to the Steelers in the playoffs we ended up losing again and sending them to a superbowl.

I hope we don't meet the Steelers. I hate divisional games in the playoffs.

It sucks because all the other teams in the AFC playoffs (besides KC) I absolutely hate. But if we don't win (or KC) I'm pulling for Patriots - Colts - Jets - Steelers in that order.

I think I would have to go Jets-Colts-Pats-Steelers if we were to be out. Hopefully that is not the case.

Most likely it's either us or them. Because I can't see KC making a big splash.

You must really hate the Pats to have them after Colts & Jets.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the Colts but it's not because they left Baltimore. I mean seriously, if they never left who could say we would of had Ray Lewis, Ogden, or Reed? I despise everything about New England (every sport) and the fact they have that tool Tom Brady really makes me hate them even more.

Yea I know your passionate about Brady. If you really hate the Pats, you better not watch football next year. With all their draft picks and their young D getting more solid, its only going to get better for them I fear.

They're going to be deadly for the next few years, especially with, as you said, all of their draft picks and young talent developing. It's going to be a tough AFC for a while.

That's true... hopefully the Bungles and Frowns stay bottom feeders for a while so we only have to duke it out with Pitt for the Division.

Interesting tidbit, IF we win on Sunday, the Ravens might be playing on Joe Flacco's Birthday, Jan 16th against the Patriot Act.
