It's more than likely that our planet isn't the only one that harbors life in the universe, but the next closest would be so many light years away we'd never know.

So all the sightings of "aliens" are bogus. What does every artist's conception of an alien look like? It looks exactly like a human, except long fingers or something. Our brains are wired to see things resembling our own species' so when we see something suspicious, we automatically think it's an alien when in reality it's a weird rock a la the video. It's like an inkblot test for gullibility.


The ghost explanation I'll pass on.

Life on other planets. I think the odds are yes. So many other suns out there, there must be some kind of life form on another planet.

Ghosts; a part says yeah, the rational part says no. That anything weird can be explained in some more realistic way.
That said, I moved into an old row home (built in the 1800's) in mt vernon. One night while getting up from the couch to use the bathroom, the TV and living room lights flickered on then off. When I walked through the dining room, then kitchen, then hall, the lights in each room flickered off then on, each room in turn. When I got to the bathroom the lights started flickering non stop. I yelled Stop it....and the lights stayed on. Never happened again.
I assume faulty wiring, but it stopped exactly when I yelled for it to....

As a kid, I would wake up and all the closet doors would be open. In my sisters room, the tacks in her posters would come out. Ghost? I don't know, weird? yeah.

[font="Century Gothic"]The three nights was a weekend that our parents were away. So, I didn't have much of a choice but to stay.

You couldn't hear any footsteps, but the doors always closed from the garage-kitchen door -- to -- the front door. There four doors in total. The family room had two doors (one being the staircase door), a downstairs bathroom door and a door to the study room.

Now that I'm older, I wouldn't mind going back. Get it on film.

All these ghost stories you hear all the time and yet never any evidence. You can't blame someone such as myself who has never had a supernatural experience from remaining skeptical.

Also, if people are as interested in ghosts as I am, check out the show "Ghost Adventures" on the Travel Chanel if you have it. They find some some really compelling evidence, true or false, it's a really interesting show and I can't find anything to actually debunk whether the show is indeed to earn profits or if it's actually real, which is probably a good thing.

I have watched Ghost Adventures before, and I think it is entertaining. I think the biggest proof that they found and captured was a hand reaching behind Zak's back and him reacting simultaneously. I went on youtube to find any videos that would verify it, and one focused on the timers of the two cameramen's cameras. I think it was something like one camera had a slightly different time than the other when the hand appeared, so there was a possibility it was faked somehow. Who knows.

I know Ghost Hunters takes the more moderate approach, they try to debunk the spirits and so on, so on. To me, Ghost Adventures does the complete opposite, trying to royally piss off any "spirit" that may be there so it will come out.

I think 'life' on other planets include both matter/bacterial/etc and also more advanced life forms like humans/animals; and I believe that both exist out there somewhere ... and probably lots of it.
In fact, I'm willing to bet that there is probably life forms in our own galaxy ... no need to go further. But our galaxy is so massive that we'll never explore it all..then consider that there's hundreds of billions of other galaxies out there just like ours. Statistically speaking, it's practically impossible that we are a one in a billion billions freak of nature 'accidental' life form...so really I think the question is probably "What are those other life forms like" and "Would we even be able to communicate with them if somehow we were to contact them".


What mysterious occurences are you refering to? And no, I dont think aliens have ever visited us, lol

That's something that I love to talk about. What if there was another dimension that had the same people, the same planet, the same everything. I often wonder if there are planets out there that we go to when we die. Perhaps there's thousands of unknown dimensions that contain all kinds of different life forms. Pretty deep stuff to be honest.

ya i mean they say this galaxy is thousands of light years big, and its just a spec,(how they know that being a whole other story, maybe the their alternate scientist selfs on the other earth told them )

and if the universe is that big, the thought that we r THAT special to be the only human life form in the whole thing, makes it seem like we should b doin more with ourselves than worrying about a football team....BAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

We have been visited for years by Aliens, anybody who doesn't believe the human races evolution was not in some way controlled by some 'Alien' life is pretty nieve.
Stonehenge, the Pyramids, Mayan intelligence; let's face it...people did not develope the ability to engineer buildings and master astrology/mathematics on their own. Many of the things they accomplished back then, we can still not do today with all the knowledge we possess.

I agree on all counts. It's funny how science can answer everything. But it never tells us how we even started, meaning anything; life, planets, etc. I saw on the History Chanel a couple years ago a story about the Aztecs and how they created a map of an over head view of some ocean/mountain area. The only way that the map could have been formed is if it was drawn in a airplane or helicopter, and obviously they couldn't make machines like that in that era. aliens do exist, somewhere, somehow. Will they show themselves to us? Who know. Only time will tell.

It's all over the Internet. It's gone viral it's so crazy. The video was taken on January 28th in Jerusalem. The UFO was flying over the Dome of the Rock, and the spooky part; it's illegal for any aircraft to fly over the sacred building. I'm on my phone so I don't know if this link will work, if not, type in "UFO over Jerusalem" and there will be a ton of articles
