I'm not denying he hasn't had a productive season but let's not pretend like Ray isn't slowing down.

Yes, he's had a productive season, but I meant that he hasn't hit that point where it's obvious he needs to retire. Like when he missed an important tackle that the "younger Ray" could've gotten.

Ray is Ray , I liken him to that Old Vetern in the town that people in the days of ol' stood by and joked hang it up old man . but when the town is invaded only he knows how to calculate the enemys next move and when to strike. thats the Leadership he brings that only comes with True Experience.

Well, we've seen those missed tackles occur a lot more frequently in recent years but like you said said, he hasn't hit the point where he obviously needs to retire.

If he retires, hopefully he'll stay with the Ravens. Like help coach or something, like Ed Reed did when he was out for his surgery.

Ray Lewis is as much of a part of Baltimore as marble steps, steamed crabs with Natty Boh and the two Cal Ripkins. He is the heartbeat of the Ravens team! I'm sure he'll play until he feels that he can no longer contribute on the field. It doesn't appear as though RL52 is in any hurry to skedaddle which gives me and thousands of Baltimoreans tremendous joy.

pure speculation!

Ray has at least another good 2 years left in the tank! that is why the Ravens need to win the Superbowl....NOW!

Ray is a beast he will give us at least 2 more hard hitting seasons, but i dont think he will go out the way favre did, He give be done, and be Happy but thats okay because we still see him, heck maybe he could be our def coordinator that would be sick, Soon enough a Ray Lewis banner will hang proudly above are stadium :baltimore-ravens:
