Incorrect.

Steelers hold the tie breaker with a better division record. They're 4-1, we're 3-2.

Only way Ravens win the division and get a first round bye is if we win against the Bengals and the Steelers lose to the Browns.

We can also forget about the possibility of the Jets losing out too because I believe with the Jacksonville loss they clinched. Ok Tested the Playoff Machine on ESPN and no matter what happens next week the Jets are in.
