the Suspects in the Slaying of Washington Redskin Safety Sean Taylor, wont face the Death Penalty. Reason being because, the shooter was under the age of 18 when the crime was committed.

I can see both sides of the issue. I hope they get life without parole.

i agree, seeing how its the most likely scenario to play out, and the fact that ( i think, im not positive on this) that its right beneath the death penalty in the punishment line.

That's good because life in prison is actually cheaper than putting them up on Death Row
