What I don't understand, and would love to ask Harbaugh sometime, is if offenses can run intricate plays from the no-huddle then why can't defenses? The only limitation should be inability to substitute players. Other than that why does a no huddle from the opponent always mean a vanilla defense from us?

Yeah, our 2 minute defense at the end of the half/game should be like our 2 minute defense in the first 2 mins of the half. We attack them and not change our style. We let them march down on us because we were playing prevent and horrible zones. Why a corner would play a shallow zone on AJ is mindboggling to me.....man coverage beats all

Now that would mess with an offense lol, break the huddle and the defense is already in 3 point stances and showing blitz lol.
