By the way, does anybody have a video of Reed's hit on Hillis? I missed the game and I just read about it in an article. Apparently even Hillis said that it affected him, so it must've been a good one.

It wasnt like a hit that would get him on jacked up or anything Reed just kinda drilled him in the back as Hillis was going to the ground. Totally legal hit.

Reed has been a great player but,
He has given up more touchdowns than he has gotten interceptions this year.
In the Browns Game,
The 1st interception, Colt threw the ball right to ED, Ed wasn't running or moving, he was just standing there.

The 2nd interception was okay. But we are talking about a rookie in his first year out of college. If you stand around long enough he will throw you the ball.

Ed has has given up 2 TD's for every INT because of his gambling. He is a big reason Teams have come back in the second half on the Ravens. He gives up a lot of TD's in the Second half.

I don't think Ed would be giving up the TD's 2 years ago.
He has slowed down. I believe it is because of his last injury. He just hasn't been the same since returning.

I am glad Ed is playing for the Ravens, and I hope he retires as a Raven.

But honesty prevents me from saying different than what I saw.

Right... So Ed has personally given up 12 touchdowns in 9 weeks? We haven't even given up 6 long TD passes since he got back. And I'm pretty sure I recall Ed Blitzing on one of them. So no I'd have to say he's not giving up more TDs than he's getting picks, and he's certainly not giving up 2.

Ed Reed gave up TDs in the Texans game. What other games are you talking about? If anything we need to bench Landry hes given up REDZONE TDs with soft,no tackling or in coverage in the Broncos (deep bomb at end of half), Bills (quick slant where the WR ran right past him), Falcons(wiffed tackle), STEELERS(wiffed tackle) and Saints games.

The fact that he mist all of training camp and thought about retirment I'm sure he's still fighting that injury, and the fact that he still has 6 picks with that shows he is definetly not overrated

Definitely. I'm just worried about him physically. I look at the way he runs on and off the field, and it seems so...painful. Even when he starts returning an interception, it doesn't look like the agile Reed of old; that's me being overly critical, because as long as he makes INTs I really don't care how he returns. IMO, he has lost a step, but is still one of the best safeties in the game. It's more proof to how good he was in his prime.

Reed has been saying since the day he returned that he still isn't 100%. He said so again yesterday. That should answer the OP's question,

Reed has an INT for each game he missed earlier this season, I don't think he is overrated. The real question is, without Reed would we be sitting at 11-4 right now?
