With Harbaugh, Teamwork Reigns

Baltimore Sun link here.

Interesting piece by the Baltimore Sun's Jamison Hensley on Coach Harbaugh's new team-first policies. Frankly, I'm all for it, so long as it does nothing to take away the swagger on the field. Admittedly, the team's identity for years has been about its star players, and although there's usually nothing wrong with that, I can see where the individualism could be negative.

I'm just sad that Ravens Wired will no longer be a part of RaveTV...but I guess whatever coach says, goes.

I just hope that Ray Lewis's introduction won't be eliminated. The player introductions are the ONE individual-geared aspect I want to see retained, as they added an element of drama to gameday and helped build the anticipation to kickoff.

im all for it as well, i mean because in order to win games in the League today (as well as in previous years past) the ever looming issue of "teamwork" has continually made itself known to any and all players, fans, coaches exc..... Games are won by working together as a team, working as one unit.

if they didnt, then you see nothing more than a jumble of mishaps, mistakes and errors all over the football field, not to mention the Fighting/conflict that would arise from the players on the squad, each thinking that THEY (themselves individually) are better than the rest and do things their way.
