What's Going On In Baltimore The Weekend Of Saints Game?

I am flying out to Baltimore from Iowa on Friday(17th)for the Ravens and Saints game. Looking for any fun events going on Friday - Monday worth checking out. Football related or not.

For a 1PM game, my usual pre-game ritual includes early lunch and drinks at a Fells Point bar, a leisurely walk down Ravens Walk, and getting to the game around 12:15 or 12:30. During the warmer months there is plenty to do, especially in the inner harbor, but not much going on there in December.
