Who do you think will win this delayed game? The Vikings lost both their home-field advantage and their star QB. Their back-up, Trevors Jackson, threw 3 INT the last time he substituted for Favre.

Giants are taking this game as much as I'd like to see the Vikings win it. They aren't in their own environment and they won't have the crowd behind them, the Dline plays like it has a fire under their <butt> when in the Dome. Both teams have solid defenses but have a feeling Manning should have a good day against the secondary. Unless All Day runs wild this game I don't see the Vikes winning.

Giants. An Away game for both the fans won't be an issue. Vikings having to travel when no expecting. Giants will go in, rally around the travel delays and take care of business.

Right now the Vikings season seems more about keeping Favre's playing streak alive than winning.

Even being a Browns fan if I lived in the area and was offered free tickets like the others I'd definitely go.

Same here. Indoors. NFL is probably giving tickets away if you show up to the gates. Good thing for a bad economy in Detroit. I'm sure you'll get some homeless guys just chilling in the stands, appreciating the warmth.

I'd go, eat some dogs and nachos. Have some fun.

They said last night they were giving away 20,000 free tickets; first come first serve. If you have tickets to the game already from Minnesota then you get "priority" seating.

Those free tickets were handed out at 9am, with fans lining up hours before they were handed out and by 8am the line was around the stadium and they cut off distribution by late morning because of high demand.
The Lions started distributing free general admission tickets at 9 a.m. ET at the Ford Field box office. Some fans were there hours ahead of time, standing and shivering in the darkness and 12-degree temperatures.

Demand for free tickets to Monday night's game at Ford Field in Detroit between the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants was so high that the Lions cut off distribution by late morning.

Fans with tickets to Sunday's Packers-Lions game in Detroit also can use their ticket from yesterday's game and will be admitted free Monday night with no reserved seating.
Wow.... that sounds like it will be a "sellout" without making money.

I doubt 35,000 people travel from Minnesota to see their non-playoff Vikings. I hope the Vikings are giving refunds to those individuals with season tickets.

Apparently Ford Field is a "sell-out". All the free tickets were snatched up.

And mobile alert from ESPN:

Brett Favre NOT starting.

The 30k of free tickets were, The other 35k of tickets are being reserved for Minny fans, if they show up. So they had a sellout of 30k free tickets.

Brett Favre not starting? Wow. I'm glad. I wonder how far he can drag his name through the mud. This season has been the worst one, on and off the field, of his career. I'm glad to see it happen - he's a huge annoyance and a drama queen.

I'm surprised that the earth is still revolving, I thought for sure everything was going to come to a screeching halt. Life as we knew it wouldn't exist come this day.

Frank Walker...with the INT? *Gasp*
I found that pretty amusing. Let's see what happens when they throw 15 more balls his way. I know that's gotta be a part of the Giants gameplan. Attack Walker deep.
