No doubt. Everything about them is overrated. Their defense is overrated. You'd think they wouldn't have to come from behind so often if they had "the best defense in the league". Sanchez is overrated. Holmes has bailed him out on more than one occasion. And after this game, their offensive line is overrated.

Glad to see them lose.

After this game, Sanchez has thrown for 2852 yards with a completion percentage of 53.3% to go with his 16 TDs to 12 INTs.

By comparison, Flacco has thrown for 2988 yards with a completion percentage of 62.3% alongside 19 TDs and 8 INTs -- having played one fewer game than Sanchez prior to tomorrow night's game, too.

Flacco has had only 1 multi-INT game this year with only 2 games without throwing a TD. This year, Sanchez has had 3 multi-INT games with 5 games without a TD.

I'm having my own Denny Green Moment...

The Jets are who I thought they were, and they are falling off the hook! They got lucky last year when the Colts laid down for them and gave them a playoff birth. Considering they played the Bengals and the Choking Chargers who always choke in the playoffs, their playoff run was a joke. They go out and add a bunch of players and the media hypes them up as Super Bowl contenders ignoring the fact they were handed a playoff spot and that the Texans should have been in the playoffs not the Jets. They have had close games they won but considering they needed OT to beat the Lions & Browns and a last second comeback against a average Texans team... and just lost to a average Dolphins team... again The Jets are who I thought they were!

I don't know how to do the formula so I can't include this game, but up until this week, Mark Sanchez's QB rating was 77.4 while Flacco's rating was 92.8. By comparison, Peyton Manning's QB rating in his third season was 94.7.

The Jets have Pittsburgh, Chicago and Buffalo left. I'd love for them to beat Pittsburgh, but at this point, that looks doubtful. 10-6 looks realistic for their final record of the season.

Don't feel bad. No one really knows how to do the formula.

On that final Jets drive, Sanchez's face literally looked like that of a high school kid called up overnight to a play in an NFL game. Deer in the headlights!

Funny thing you bring this up, if the Jets lose out and the Dolphins win out, the Dolphins can take the 6th seed away from the Jets... or it is possible that the AFC West can have 2 playoff teams.

Pittsburgh I can see beating the Jets

If the Bears show up they have a chance

Buffalo well we know they are better than their record so they could pull off the upset.

Could you imagine if the Jets lose out and go 9-7 again?? That would be 3 years in a row for the Jets finishing 9-7 if that did happen. Mangini finished 9-7 because of Brett Favre in his final year with the Jets, and last year the Jets were 9-7 and barely made the playoffs... and this year 9-7 could have them missing the playoffs!

Jets after this season:

:empty trophy case:

Yea that's basically what they said... They compared them to the school bully and once he gets beat up that first time he doesn't seem to big and bad anymore and he gets made fun of without fear of retaliation

That member of the Jets tripping Carroll was disgusting. Not that I had much respect for the Jets, before, but this takes it to a whole new low. Makes it so much sweeter than their being exposed on every news outlet available and they lost, at home, to the lowly Dolphins.

Say what you want about Hines Ward or James Harrison - I, personally, hate them - but they wouldn't take a shot at an opposing player while standing on the sidelines.

It's too late to come back to Baltimore, Rex, Trevor, and Bart..

I heard that too. It's a nice analogy but I don't even think the Jets have done anything to receive the "bully" label this season.
