Actually, they [i]didn't[/i] "listen to your idea". Cousins played [b]right tackle[/b] and Yanda moved to [b]right guard[/b].

As for giving them "a little time to get used to it", there really isn't much time at all. There are three games left and all of them are games will want to win. I've given up on believing we'll see a running game similar to what we've seen from the Ravens in previous seasons. I'm just hoping the team can make just enough plays as a whole the rest of the way and into the play-offs to win and ultimately hoist the Lombardi.
