Note To John Harbaugh :::::
YOU are reading the wrong messages from the fans... WE aren't lashing out at the team... its the coaching staff we are lashing out at. We all know the players play hard but Cam Cameron simply doesn't use the tools that he has in his arsenal... Spread the offense and pass the ball , protect Joe and give him time to make the right pass .. I think if you spread the defense out nobody can cover our receivers. Of course he is gonna run the ball 90% against the #10 run D and pass nearly zero against the 32nd ranked pass D this monday night ... Thats brilliant :)

Look im saying is, us as Ravens fans wanted this win more than anything, this was a play off game to us, and it feels like we just lost a playoff game. It hurts , plain and simple. And the thing with James Harrison, well i dont feel sorry for him, hes getting a taste of his own medicine. He wasnt ready for that forward press and now he is complaining. All well. Given the same play again i would want the same out come except i would want him on the ground, just like Harrisons Opponents

the players are still playing their hearts out... Flacco's QB rating is pretty good and consistantly puts up 200-300 yds per game with little INT's... so where are we falling short on offense? maybe the play calling (def part of it if you ask me)... Michael Ohers horrible false starts this year? (part of it) or is it that Cam won't unhook the leash he has around Joe Flacco's neck???

Coaches are a part of the team. In fact, that's what inflamed Harbaugh in the first place.

its not harbaugh's fault. its cam cameron. we have the best group of receivers in the NFL and we only scored 10 this week. thats not good enough. he doesnt call enough plays for flacco to throw downfield. thats why we're 8-4 and not 11-1. we would have beat new england, pittsburgh, AND atlanta if the playcalling was better

Like most fans, I am frustrated with the way our offense is playing right now. We are not consistent, and not playing to our full potential. However, we aren't playing terrible. Our playmakers are still making plays, just not consistently. Joe Flacco has a better QB rating then Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, and Eli Manning. He's being smart with the ball, but that may be why he's taking a lot of sacks and that kind of seems like he's being too conservative. On the other hand, the guy takes shots down the field, like those 2 bombs to Boldin and Stallworth on 3rd downs against Pittsburgh. Maybe it is the coaching staff maybe it's not, but whatever the problem with our inconsistent offense is, I know we can fix it. As for Harbaugh, he is a class act. I know he loves the fans in Baltimore, and he perfect coach for the Ravens. He loves to have fun, but at the same time he keeps the team very prepared and disciplined (compare the penalties we had last year to this year). Harbaugh is the man, and am very proud and glad he is our coach.

I agree with Harbaugh. Fans don't understand what it takes to win in the NFL. Fans don't know more than coaches. Fans don't know more than team management. Fans get upset whenever their team loses and immediately start calling for the heads of coaches. As a fan, I accept this. If the ravens were consistently losing, then I would want a change (not that I have any say, whatsoever). But, the fact is the Ravens are consistently winning. Over the last three years under Harbaugh we've been to the play-offs twice and will most likely go again this year. Over the last 10 years the Ravens have had only a couple bad seasons. Team management is good. So please, everyone stop acting like you know more than you do. Enjoy your successful football team. It sucks to lose, but we never have to feel that way for long because a win always seems to be around the corner for this team.

John Harbaugh is obviously a man who takes pride in his work. Steve Bisciotti named him as head coach this is his team and his coaching staff. So when you attack a member of his staff or the team he's obviously offended. I'm sure if he had his choice they would score 100 points a game. The team is not turned into a juggernaut that everyone has hoped. I think he has done well for only being a head coach for three years, I'm sure he'll be the first one to admit he doesn't know it all, but who does. He has taken the team to the playoffs two years in a row and this will probably be the third. I think fans should remain fans until the ravens owner decides otherwise, and makes one of the fans head coach, or offensive coordinator, or defensive coordinator. I do appreciate the opportunity to vent my displeasure's when they lose, and the opinions of the fans should be voiced, but not to the point where you're calling for somebody's job especially when you couldn't fill the shoes of the coach yourself, because to me it's not a professional opinion!!!! I'll stay with the home team!!!! Go Ravens!!!!!!!!

We do have every right as fans to be upset that we didn't go to the super bowl the past two years, but we need to show the same integrity that these players should play with every game. The Redskins, Bills, Browns, etc. have no chance of going to the super bowl at least we still have a chance and for that we should be proud it takes a lot just to get to the playoffs and only one team wins each year. Keep our heads up and hopefully our Ravens don't let us down this year.

I like your attitude on this subject. Not every team can be where we are right now but we want that pie in the sky still. :)

Im proud of this team. I spent the little money I had on a ticket to last Sunday's game because I love what this team is doing. People just get upset after a loss, especially when it's to the Steelers. Lets get over Pittsburgh and destroy the Texans on Monday night in front of the whole nation!

We need to look forward and get psyched on that win ahead of us!

LOL Got to love that the guy who is "targeted" unfairly by the NFL for hits is also being targeted by opponents now. I think Mr. Harrison is getting slightly paranoid...

Its easy to be the best of anything when you have the Bengals and Browns in you division. But I see all these articles about how were practicing differently, it'll be interesting to see the difference come sunday. And its nice to know that they actually do care about what the fans think.
