Next Game: @ Houston Texans

Next man up. The Texans. Who knows what type of game to expect from this one.

It doesn't help that the Texans and their star receiver will be well rested. If The Texans watched game film of the Atlanta game. They will look to get it to Andre Johnson early and often.

We can only hope our run defense shows up like they did last night against the league leader in yards.

Agreed with your last point Pu.

Hopefully, the pass protection holds up and Joe can attack their weak secondary.
We should be licking our chops...but are we? We should theoretically shred their D. Flacco should have 300+ yards. My guess is he'll hit 200 early in the first half. Then the second half will be ad nauseum.

We win and Cincy gives us some help and........BAM!!!
Cincy hasn't done anything but hurt only us this year. Damn those Cats!

If only we didn't lose to that putrid team this last game would be more moot.

I hope the Ravens don't play with a lead and that way show up in the 2nd half.

This is their SB, though.....they'll come strong. Doesn't mean they win, but who knows.

That wouldn't surprise me. We just have to pray the o-line can open up holes in the second half as Cam goes into "conservative mode".

Lol, to sit and watch the ravens play on MNF against the texans at their field, u really think we will ever get a jump out on the game with what we have has Offensive Coordinator, or the quarterback we have, seriously!!! i can tell you now, its not going to be a pretty game for our ravens, and i see us losing monday night because of the conservative boring offense and our D will be on the field all game, i dont care if the texans have the worst pass defense in the league, cam cameron showed what he can do against no.22 pass defense in steelers, NOTHING!!! because his philosophy and schemes are just bad, i question our coaching every day i wake up, and say WHY??? the ravens are not much fun anymore, between the coordinators and then harbaugh, is the man ever gonna grow some balls and get frustrated on the sidelines wiht the coordinators, NO!! because hes buddies, harbaugh was never the answer for our coaching, and as a matter of fact, he has a good linebacker in the dog house who plays extremely well next to ray lewis, same thing as was for barnes who is just a quarterbacks worst nightmare at this time..

i am looking forward on MNF to see our conservative offense never get it going and losing in the final minutes, U KNOW WHAT KILLS US, COACHING, COACHING, COACHING, we are always outcoached, its funny when u have a group of good hearted players who have horrible coaching!! im waiting tuesday to hear the firing of cam cameron, and ozzi and biscotti yelling at harbaugh

The reason Ellerbe is in the doghouse is that he has made multiple bonehead plays. Dont get me wrong, he is talented and I thought he should be in too before his dumb plays, but until he gets smart he SHOULD be in the doghouse.

I do believe that Cam will wake up and Joe and his receivers will light up the score board

If we play like we did yesterday, we'll win.

Yes, I said win. I hate the phrase and the doom and gloom people always imply with it. We're not this garbage team all of a sudden. The Texans aren't very good.

Gotta shut down Andre and Foster and knock Shaub out, Orlovesky is their backup.
Orvlosky isn't half bad. He might be able to make plays that Schaub isn't this year. Schaub's passes have been bad. But you have to shut donw Andre and Foster.

I just worry that they will pull a Roddy White on us. Can't let that happen. Double team, bracket, whatever.

HOU D gives up a lot of yards and a lot of poits. We'll score our share.

We have to stop Foster.

Schaub and Johson will get together for a few plays. Just eed to limit those.

Rave victory.

EDIT: it's tough comig up with words that do't have "" i them.

Heck yeah. I'm just ready to see the Ravens live and in person again. It has been too long.

Sounds like Andre Johnson will still be gimping into this game despite the extra rest. He won't practice until at least Thursday per the Houston Texans.

Texans pass defense is especially bad and they can be run on as well. Cam needs to open up the offense and let Joe win us some games on his arm. Actually put a game out of reach before he starts going conservative with runs nonstop. If our defense plays like they did and I expect they will, our entire team is going to be fired up to redeem themselves after this loss.

I actually feel sorry for the Texans, they haven't been playing great lately anyway. Take away Arian Foster and it's all on Schaub to beat us...he hasn't been spectacular this year....Andre Johnson is a beast but that's why we have Ed Reed.

Ravens should outscore them easily

I think we need all 60 minutes from the offense if we're to win this. Either that or we get a handful of big plays for TDs at the start. I can see them having their share of success at moving the ball. Hopefully Matty learns from his mistake in not doubling White and has two men on Andre pretty much all the time. I have a fair amount of faith in the run D. Whenever we don't give up a shock big play the RBs tend to fare badly against us in the stat sheet, so we could hold Foster well I think.

This is the textbook definition of a trap game. They have nothing to play for and will be loose. Plus it a Monday Night game, which is never a good sign if your a Ravens fan.

I don't have a good feeling about this one, and its not because we lost to the Steelers. I've been saying this for a couple weeks now.

They are still playing for the division. They have a lot to play for. They are only two games back out of first with 4 games left. Plus their last game is against the AFC South leading Jags. They run the table and get 1 more Colts & Jags loss. They can find themselves in the playoffs.

I think we will lose this game and the next one. Our Offense isn't very good at times.(Hey even D-Mase agrees with me)

Baltimore has owned the Texans, we'll see what happens but our season is in the balance and on the line in this game. Our backs will be against the wall, I like our match-ups and It should be the perfect game to get the offense tuned-up/overhauled or whatever is needed to get the job done, prior to the Saints coming into our house.

I think the majority has stated the Ravens would finish 12-4/ 11-5, we have that in our sights. Too bad we couldn't have got the w in one of our close losses.

Our fan base is quite annoying when angry. As much as you want the sky to be falling, it's not. The Texans are mediocre and have nothing to play for (they'll be "loose," so that somehow makes them better than they normally are, even though if they were in the hunt they'd be "fired up," also making them better than they normally are). Also, any problems from the previous week will always be exacerbated tenfold the next week, even though the Ravens don't have a losing streak this year.

We destroyed them the last time we played, but Foster wasn't throwing nutties. I don't see how we can stop Andre and the running attack, so hopefully our offense will put up a lot of points to win it.... oh wait

I think it'll be a shootout at times, like the beginning before the defenses settle, and 4th quarter. I think Reed should get 2 picks though. Schaub has been around for a while, but he is still not used to facing a guy like Reed in the AFCS, or anywhere else for that matter.
