An Open Question(S) To The Ravens Coaching Staff

I don't claim to be an expert on the nuances of football, so I turn to those who are paid to be. My questions are these:

Does Joe Flacco have any input in the game planning for the upcoming opponent?
Who is responsible for getting the plays to Flacco in the huddle in a timely fashion?
Does Flacco have the latitude to make adjustments at the line of scrimmage?
Is it the OC's fault or the QB's fault that we seem to come to the line of scrimmage with less than 8 or 9 seconds left on the play clock?

All opinions are welcome but it would be nice to hear from someone from the coaching staff.

Seeing as there is zero chance we get clear answers on these question from the coaches in the media and certainly on this forum, here's my crack at answering your questions.

1) I'd have to say no. Cam strikes me as a coach who believes if Joe executes his gameplan, everything will work out. I could definitely be wrong but that's just my belief and some people(including people with more football knowledge and info on the Ravens than myself) seem to share it.

2) Cam

3) I don't think so. I can't remember the last time Joe noticeably changed a play at the line.

4) Probably a combination but if the OC got the plays in faster, the huddle would likely break faster.

I think that we all have questions for the Ravens Offensive Coaching staff and playcalling. Its been a headscratcher for awhile now.

That would be righteous except he's on the verge of signing an extension at Stanford.
