It's Clear: Cam Cameron Is Not An Elite Oc

It seems to me we got a bunch of people on the team that are getting paid to not be doing much at all. I mean Zorn? Al Saunders? Tavares Gooden?

What precisely is going on in Biscotti's mind. He has to wonder what the hell these people are doing all week. Are they really gameplanning? Watching film? Does anyone hold anyone accountable in this organization? I think we need a firing just to wake people the hell up.

You need to be worth something, you either help us or you hurt us. Cam Cameron needs to realize his job is on the line. Harbaugh needs to grow a set. I had respect for Billick the year he let Jim Fassel go because he knew he just wasn't pulling his weight and it was making the whole organization look bad. This said I dont think John should "fire" Cam, but he better start putting the fire to his rear end and remind him this is the NFL, the what have you done for me lately league and their jobs aren't guaranteed if we go win a wild card game again this year.

Im really wondering right now, in few years ...after ray Lewis is gone, after mason is gone, after Ed reed is gone, what kind of REAL coordinators with TALENT can keep ravens alive? I'm really fearing for the days when we turn into the next bengals, or buffalo bills. this roster we have right now is probably the most loaded amount talent in ravens history, yet cam Cameron with his horrendous play calling and preparation make us look like mediocre/piss poor offense. Only Cam knows how to make us gain 20 points or lower the whole season. Time for Cam to go. Seriously

His just saying his opinion based on what he saw and feel tonight. Our offense was piss poor, particularly the awkward play calling. We have been piss poor on offense for the whole season averaging 23 points.

We just lost to steelers and quite possibly lost our playoff birth with home advantage giving steelers the upside from ravens offense mistake. Don't you feel even a little frustrated by now?

I mean any amateur fan can see Cam Cameron STUNK it up today. only reason no one said anything this past 4games is b/c we won, narrowly beating non-playoff condensers by a field goal.

At this point, I seriously think we are better off just canning Cameron's sorry [i]<butt>[/i] right now and let whoever wants the job to take control of this offense. There's a playbook already in place, no adjustments needed. Just have someone else handle the playcalling, then in the offseason we can focus on installing a brand new offense.

I dont think there should be a firing. I think people need to be reminded that if you don't produce now, there is no guarantee of a future. Maybe it's just a realistic discussion with the owner. But I feel terrible for people like Ozzy and Eric that pour so much of their lives into this, and players like Ray Lewis that has been a rock for us. They deserve more from these coaches. We need to live up to potential now because tomorrow isn't guaranteed. The pieces are here they just need to be in place... I have a feeling everyone is sitting around talking about putting them in place and waiting for someone to do it. Ultimately it boils down to John and I'm hoping he realizes this in a hurry. There are no buddies in this league, you stick your neck out for people too much eventually you're gonna get the guillotine.

Of course I'm frustrated and I've been frustrated with Cam most of the season but I'm not accuse certain members of the coaching staff or players of doing nothing and call for someone to be fired just for the hell of it.

Fly, I want Cam gone too but really, the team would have to actually name an OC and the only guy who seems capable of doing that is Zorn and some of the plays he called during his time as HC of the Redskin were downright awful.

you really wanna know what happened!!! ill tell you, this team repeatedly over and over every game plays conservative offense due to a horrible OC, i dont like the gameplanning, i dont like the play calls, nor do i like having a panzy head coach not do anything about it, back to back WEEKSSS having no scoring in the 2nd half. it drives me insane, especially with what we have on offense, cam needs to go, SERIOUSLY!!! Although we all knew that this game was gonna be tight all the way to the end. Haha, Flacco was under center on a 4th and 2? There are times where I gave Cam the benefit of the doubt. However, this season is proving to be much different.

Some thing I, along with most of you, have discovered is that the play calling seems to be suspect. The drive where Stallworth made the big catch, we should've scored points. Period.
When you see teams like the Patriots, Saints, Steelers and the Colts, when they are in the Red Zone, they are scoring TDs and points. Period.

Not this team.

We have too much talent to really start blaming it on players at this point. The play calling starts to become suspect.

We were wondering the same thing, Romo Ravens...is Mr. Bisciotti and everyone Up Above blind or something? Are they not paying attention to what most of us peon fans have been saying for most of the season (I admit it took some of us (like me) a lot longer to come to the same conclusions as everyone else).

We also wondered out loud of the threat of a lockout could be hovering somewhere in the background, influencing this? Who knows. No one's talking. But if those Up Above aren't listening, shame on them.
