I could be wrong but I think Stallworth has 2 targets since he came off the PUP list. He definitely can't have more than 5. Yes, there are many mouths to feed on this offense but it's an absolute crime when a WR running a 4.3 40 that isn't frail either has less targets than rushes.

Where do you people get off saying this team has no heart?? The vibe on the field was absolutely intense most of the game, especially from our defense. Our D played their freaking hearts out tonight. And in case you didn't notice, there were several scuffles out on the field, not to mention some serious hits. I do not question this team's heart.
If our offense would have played with just half of the intensity that our defense played with, the game would not have even been close! Defense played with the heart of a Lion, offense played with the heart of a mouse that has been caught in a mouse trap for for 5 days!

absolutely sickening to watch. R U KIDDING ME? U dont even try for the fg? Ed Dickson rolling around on the ground instead of getting up and running 1 more yard for the first down when he wasnt touched? Cant recognize when Troy is up on the line that he is blitzing? Cant sack Big Ben with his one good foot? Billy Cindiff looking like he was about to cry if he was called upon for the kick ( cmon man) . Ravens dont have the " It factor "

How can you quit on a team for a day, not to mention the remainder of the season. You would think if someone would go through the time to register on these boards, and make a thread, they would be a real fan. Some people just completely defy that. Give up we don't care. It isn't going to keep guys from trying. And let's see why was Dickson rolling? To get out of bounds moron. Use your head. He could get up and they could run another play, which would cost 12 seconds or so. Or he could roll out of bounds and take 3 seconds. Hmmmmm... what to do? He's a rookie yet he tried to do the right thing. You should have given him some credit for that before you decide to give up on a team like the fair weather fan that you are and make a sympathy thread for yourself little emo boy.

You don't even want to know the mentality here in Indy.

Makes this forum look like Wonka's Chocolate Factory. If thoughts could kill..

Well, if the O's fans can continue to watch our lame baseball team end up in last place every year, then at least you can stick with the Ravens (a winning team)until the end of the year. Football isn't for the faint of heart. It was rough on Sunday night to watch our team falter in the 4th quarter again, just as it was in NE. The toughest loss of the season was the weak effort against Cincy, where Flacco threw the game away, and we couldn't score against the Bungles. No one expected them to go undefeated this year. I will never give up on the season until we are eliminated from the playoffs. Even afterwards, I will wait patiently until draft day and read every mock draft that comes along. We have high hopes in training camp of having a super season. Regardless of the final outcome, I will never quit supporting the Ravens. Just think, we might all live Detroit where even the top draft picks can't bring a winning season. Sit back and enjoy the ride. If you can't take the heat, then get the hell out of our kitchen.

Someone got the news a little late.... probably too busy finding the right emoticon for "lapse of time".

As per the thread, I believe the subtitle is "done with them for the rest of the year"...

WOW! What a heart on that guy! How does it fit in his chest? Does he have other organs, or are they all part of his one giant massive super heart? Too bad it wasn't a 4 point loss, he'd have joined the Steelers!

All fans at some point or another become frustrated. However, they do not give up on their team just because they did not win a game. There has only ever been one team that has gone undefeated. Personally, I thought that we played one hell of a game on Sunday night. It was a close hard hitting nailbiter. Is this not the game that all of us expected? They made the play that made the difference like we did the last game against them. Kudos to them. We will suck it up and continue on. We will be in the playoffs. That is the beginning of a whole new season. I will not care if we won or lost this game if I see Ray and Ed hoisting the Lombardi!

Ever notice when defenders intimidate and shout at QB's they'll usually go quiet and try not to piss anyone off. Not Brady, he'll get hit by Suggs, get up and have shouting match, then call a run play so he can run out and throw a block at him. It's really is a mentality thing.

I am not that negative yet, but if we lose and have a poor showing against the Texans, I will throw in the towel for 2010.
What if we lose and still make the playoffs? Football is like marriage. You get angry, argue, and say things that you don't really mean in the heat of battle. Still, you get up the next day, dust yourselves off, and try to make the best of it. Every Sunday, the Ravens give us their all out on the field. How do we repay them? Don't get too depressed after each lost, because it's a long season full of ups and downs. Just enjoy the good times and look forward to the next game. When the season is over, look forward to another season. Life is too short not to live in this way. Believe me, the Ravens will be back in the hunt next year, even if they are eliminated in the playoffs. I stopped doubting them during the 2000 season and look where it got them.

I cant question the players hearts. I mean I think our team plays with heart week in and week out. If anything I blame the coaching staff for not putting themselves in a good position to win with the talent they have. Cam needs to keep it simple. we dont need end arounds, flea flickers, wild cat, fumblerooski, etc to win. Just do normal run, run, pass.

"Where is the heart of a champion..."

Is it some kind of sick irony by the football Gods with that Old Spice Ray Lewis commercial??
haha good point, ray has the heart of a champion though, as for the rest of the team, well i could name a few guys that u can gaurantee have heart, but ya palamaulu seems to make a huge play everytime we play them, dickson rollin around was just dreaful, and y throw to him on 4th and game, u get get that ball to boldin in the right spot he catches the ball bottom line, ya he was covered, but he makes that catch, everytime

When I was a young boy in Palermo, Sicily, I dreamed of having a life where I could influence others. Of course, we had football (soccer), but I had no idea that I would be a 51 year old man that lives and dies from watchings kids play a game. The Ravens, like my new country, represent all the dreams of my youth that were never fulfilled. I hope that you also can appreciate how much we have sacrificed to be here. Now, project our dreams onto the playing field and cheer with our hearts, so that our team can win and make it deep into the playoffs.
