Omar Cuff

I know there was a lot of Omar Cuff love leading up to the draft so I thought I'd post this link I found about where he has ended up so far: http://www.profootballtalk.com/2008/04/28/...for-the-titans/

I Franchise will wish him the best of the luck and I will be interested to see how he does with the Titans and their run-heavy offense.

WHOA!

I had NO IDEA Omar Cuff even signed with anyone yet!

Well, I can't say I didn't expect Cuff to be signed by another team if he wasn't drafted or signed by the Ravens. Cuff's performance in 2007 at Delaware was too great to ignore, and the Titans may be getting a great steal here if he gets the chance to improve himself.

As a few of you may have read from my prior posts, Cuff led the NATION in individual scoring (regardless of subdivision) and was a candidate for the Walter Payton Award (previous winners include Steve McNair and Tony Romo), and he broke many school and DIV-IAA records en route to the NCAA FCS Title game.

The only concern I have about Cuff is that I've seen him around campus lately, and I'm not sure if he's fully healed from the injuries from last season. He's had a slight limp, but that could be my imagination.

Regardless, I wish Omar the best of luck, and I'll be sure to congratulate him in-person if I ever see him around on-campus again.
