Where Do We Park @ For The Spring Festival Today (urgent)

I am leaving soon so an answer soon would be greatly appreciated. I am unaware if I can park in the lots, or if we need a ticket for that? I apologize for the ignorance but I am just not sure where we are permitted to park at.

End at 1101 Russell St Baltimore, MD 21230

Those are the directions off of mapquest, after Russell street is there a turn in for the stadium? O.o
