Anybody really can win that division still it is completely and totally up for grabs. The Texans got right back into yesterday with their shutout win over the Titans and have a huge game coming up Thursday night in Philadelphia. If the Texans can somehow steal that game in Philly they will be 6-6 and right in the thick of things in the South and will also have an entire 11 days to prepare for the Ravens who play them in Houston on Monday night December 13th.

Well.... If the Colts somehow win this division Peyton can thank Eli and the Giants for beating the Jags today.

I'm also examining both the Colts/Jags schedule and the Colts have 3 division games left(2 vs Titans and 1 against Jacksonville) and the Jags have 3 division games left too(vs Titans, Houston and Indy) and considering the Colts are 1-2 in the division and the Jags are 2-1, it's going to come down to more than just the game between Jags and Colts.
If the Colts' last game is an indicator, then the Jaguars might have a good chance to win this division matchup.

The Colts are heading downhill.

Too many injuries to handle. I think the Colts will end up 9-7 the rest of the way.

I don't care who wins this division (or the west). Despite recent history, I am not afraid of Indianapolis beating us. Their defense is not what it was and they have too many injuries. They have looked bad at times against mediocre teams. If the AFC superbowl representative is not either the Ravens, Steelers, Jets or Patriots I will be stunned.

LOL.

I mean my dad is a Colts fan and everything and I respect the Colts, but I'm just trying to be realistic.

But he is as well so I don't feel too bad about what I said ^_^

I think this week will help seal the Jags winning the AFC South. I think Jags beat the Titans & Dallas pulls off the upset beating the Colts and the Jags move closer to the AFC South Title.

I don't think the Titans will win this Sunday: their defense is way too weak. Jones-Drew and Mercedes Lewis should have a field day. As long as they cut down on turnovers and play smart defense, the Jaguars will win this division match. As for the Colts, I'll think they'll beat the Cowboys (3-8).

Now since the Panthers play at 4:15 I actually get some decent games to watch today. The Jags-Titans is one of them and damn..... they lead 14 to 0 over the Titans with under 5 minutes left in the half.

Jags are looking good and they are looking good to possibly win the division.

Jags 17
Titans 6 Final

The Jags move to 7-5 and closer to winning their division s they extend their division record to 3-1.

Me too, and I would like to see KC win the West and the Chargers knock the Steelers out of the playoffs and take the final wild card spot.

Can you imagine if the Chiefs/Jags hang on... look who the starting QBs would be in the playoffs

Jets- Sanchez
Ravens- Flacco
Jags- Garrard
Chiefs- Cassel
Patriots-Brady
Steelers- Big Ben

QBs at Home:
Rivers
Manning

Speaking of the Colts, Manning threw another 4 INTs for a loss!

Over your head. My joke's gone awry.

There was a poster on here, a few months back, that posed the "New England Patriots" as the "England Patriots" and scoffed at the other posters who called him out on it - he said they were synonymous.

Jags have had a couple of "miracle wins" but they aren't a bad team. The parity in the AFC south is good for us as we likely (fingers crossed) will have a one-up on the 2nd place team for the WC spot. As it stands right now, the Colts are 6-6, so we are two games ahead of them right now. Plus they play the Jags so one of those two teams will have an automatic loss.

The Jaguars played great on Sunday, beating their division rival the Titans 17-6. Their worst mistake was a missed 48-yd FG.

The Pinball Wizard aka Mojo aka Pocket Hercules aka Mighty Mouse aka MJD ran wild. His run where he stiff-armed Michael Griffin to the turf and cut back inside before juking some LB out of his socks was just filthy.

Jax keeps getting better, and Indy keeps getting worse ... do the math.
Yep and they announced on ESPN today that the Colts lost a CB due to a broken arm. It seems everything is lining up for the Jags to win the division and the Colts to miss the playoffs.
